"As out-of-towners, my wife and I, both pilots, were eager to experience Plane Level and we thoroughly enjoyed the aviation-themed atmosphere and the outstanding cuisine. That said, our dining experience did have a few bumps along the way. Our server approached us to discuss the wine options and asked us to choose two bottles, which felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine recommendation. Throughout the meal, she came across as somewhat pushy and didn’t seem interested in understanding our preferences. When it came time to request our check, a Wi-Fi outage delayed its arrival by 30 minutes. While the server did offer us a complimentary pour of rosé, it wasn't to our taste, and having an alternative option would have been appreciated. Despite these minor issues, the unique ambiance and delicious food left us with a positive impression."
