"The service was awful. We had to wait until the very last meal was served before anyone attended to us. The dishes did not match the descriptions on the menu, lacking the promised herbal elements. My meatballs were so tough that I needed a steak knife to cut them. I could easily cook better than what was offered. The server was unfriendly as well. This was the worst meal I've had in all my years visiting New York."
