"We passed by this restaurant around 100 times. I always thought it looked intriguing, especially with the upstairs area they added. We finally decided to stop by for lunch on a Saturday. I’m not quite sure what type of cuisine I had in mind, but I was surprised to discover it was a Mexican restaurant. The interior was somewhat busy and felt a bit cramped, so we chose to sit outside. The menu had very few pictures, and the entrees were written in Spanish, which made it a bit challenging for us to understand."

I got the idea that she didn 't understand me, so I asked a clarifying question, and she just hung up on me! If you don 't know how to speak English that 's fine, but it 's not fine answering the questions with no or yes, and not knowing what the hell you 're saying. You must have a very low IQ to not understand the difference. If I didn 't question the language barrier, the results could 've been life-threatening to my family. Extremely disappointing. Also this place needs milk alternatives! Not everyone can drink milk from a cow breast. "The appetizer was absolutely the highlight; I had expected the chopped salmon to be warm, but it was a bit cool, which surprisingly complemented the flavors on the chip quite well. The tacos were perfectly cooked—they're not something I find often, and I truly appreciate well-made tacos. For dessert, I had something that resembled a doughnut but had a different name; it was incredibly delicious. The chocolate on it reminded me of the kind you'd find in coffee or a milkshake, which added a unique flavor twist. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. "Servers were rude and poorly trained. None spoke English as a primary language so ordering became a system of pointing at the menu. I speak Spanish fluently they were not Spanish speakers, they looked Asian and had some kind of a French like accent, I couldn’t understand them. The menu is limited and bleak. It’s more of a bar masquerading as restaurant. We got the goat cheese balls where we lacking in taste and oddly garnished. ALL seafood was excellent I had oysters that despite the odd choice of sauce were excellent and the seafood fettuccini. All seafood in the fettuccini was great but the fettuccini was a heavy , underdone egg noodle that was hard to chew and hard to swallow. I suspect someone who didn’t know what they were doing were trying to make them by hand. Despite being a large restaurant searing was cramped, uncomfortable and oddly positioned. Wait staff didn’t come by often enough to refresh drinks and when they did bring something they had an odd habit of abruptly stiffing in your face while you’re conversing or drinking or eating an appetizer still, instead of putting it elsewhere on the table. The other patrons were likewise very young, loud and mostly foreign and don’t have any etiquette or know how to behave in public. Quiet, cultured conversation is impossible here and if you want to relax this isn’t the place. Go across the street to whiskey and ramen."

"I had my birthday dinner here with a large party. Overall, I had a nice experience. I loved the fun and lively atmosphere, the food was delicious (everyone seemed to love what they ordered). For such a big party, the service was good but not outstanding. We did a lot of waiting around, for example, at the end of the meal for the bill to be picked up. However, I really appreciated the free tequila shots for the table because it was my birthday! Also they sang happy birthday to me with a delicious cake which was nice. The margarita on the rock pitchers, although strong, seemed to be on the high end price wise. Otherwise, everything else was great and we had a fun and memorable time. Thank you!!"

"I don’t know where to begin. The customer service is top notch and that sort of was enough . The girls there accommodated us outside on the lovely patio even though it had just rained and the place was wet. The server, didn’t get name sadly (but look for the young lady with a bandana was super duper amazing, recommending the food and drinks as per our requirements and Nothing disappointed us. We ordered the nachos with guacamole, then queso fundido with mushrooms and shrimp corn tacos with black beans. And an awesome strawberry, guava virgin margarita (so delicious . I have eaten a lot of Mexican in my life but this one was amazing. Everything tasted and smelt fresh, the team there were so awesome and friendly and the ambience was lovely (especially since it had just rained and we got the patio seating . Definitely coming back especially with anyone who visits us. Great job guys!!!"

"Place was crowded even on a Friday morning. I didn't like the fact you have to serve your own coffee in a Styrofoam cup. Also, tables are the long ones usually used outdoors. "I had planned to visit this place during my business trip to ciudad juárez, my reservation made as I take a customer to dinner, we arrived on time to the reservation and it was my surprise that the restaurant did not have record with the personal in front of my client, and we had to wait until about 40 minutes to be given a table. we finally got a table and once the waiters realized that we didn't want any alcohol, they decided to forget our table and to give more attention to the higher controls. sad. Maybe I shouldn't have waited and argued, I would have been in the mood to spend more time and money in their restaurant."

"I thought the vibe in the restaurant was cool, and certainly felt very comfortable. Parking is a bit tough, you should expect to park somewhere else and walk over, but that probably can be said for multiple places in the area. The menu is small, but the food packs a might punch. I found all the portion sizes to be very good and the flavor was great. From a food perspective, I would happily go back. It was the service that did it in for me. Felt a bit ignored and our meal took about 2.5 hours from our seating to paying the check. Not inherently because we wanted to stay out for that long, but everything seemed to take ages and we would rarely see our server. It is for that reason that I felt like the experience was a bit subpar."

"We arrive with no expectations, first time at the place and a couple of recommendations Once we open the door a friendly face was welcoming us, one minute after we were at our table, and we meet EMMANUEL our waiter, so kind and friendly, professional and explicit , we just simply love his easy going explanations about everything dish and wine suggestions. Emma left to place our order, and reappeared with 2 little glasses of red wine to try before order, to help us decide. We ordered the Queso artesanal al horno and Torta de Elote Escanes for entree, main course Filet Mignon and Apple pie as dessert! The food was flawless! We were enjoying our dessert very in to it, when Emma appears to ask us how was everything, we where so happy! My husband was so pleased. Emma makes a stop and said! Omg that’s not your dessert! This is the white chocolate one, it was a mistake. But honestly we didn’t care was so delicious! I was trying to find the apple but it was insane good that I really didn’t care about the apple anymore. At the end Emma removed one of our drinks from the check as a courtesy for the confusion with the dessert (totally unexpected and unnecessary) but we appreciate his honesty and great customer service.
