"This establishment is poorly managed. Today, I drove through to get a smoothie, and while the menu listed the price as $10, I was charged $11. When I raised the issue with the young man at the window (who clearly wasn't at fault), he informed me that all the menu prices were incorrect because the manager had not updated them. This is an unfair and dishonest business practice. If you're going to raise prices, please take a moment to update the menu accordingly. On another occasion, I visited the store with my young kids, and they needed to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, the restroom was in a filthy condition, but we had no choice but to use it since they are so small and urgently needed to go. To make matters worse, all the napkin dispensers were empty."
