"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"I placed an order for pick-up and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, which was about 10 minutes after placing my order, the staff informed me that I would now have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Despite my love for The Rock and having visited other locations since the late 90s in Tacoma, I will not be returning to the Bothel location. The service was rated 1 out of 5. Thank you."

"I received a call from Tom George informing me that they would only be serving dinner, not brunch, during the summer months. The hostess was friendly and suggested I reschedule for dinner, even offering my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. However, upon arriving at the restaurant for a Father's Day celebration at 6 pm on Sunday, I discovered it was closed. Disappointed and surprised, I decided not to attempt dining there again. Instead, I had a delightful dinner at LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel, where I had dined before and knew I would enjoy. I am uncertain who is responsible for ensuring that restaurant information on Open Table is accurate, but this experience was unlike any other I have had before."

"Just got back from a birthday party for my wife. Saw this on Discover Oklahoma, cool. Not, pre-ordered a pizza cake and a carnivore. We were on time cake wasn't, no big deal, had to beg for refills, service was bad at best, the pizza was dry, my wife left a plate full of dry crust we couldn't even cut with a knife. Charged us for marinara sauce and ranch, wow nickel and dime us and it wasn't even busy for a saturday night. Will not go back, save yourself some money, mine was $125.00 for 2 waters,4 doctor peppers and 2 teas along with the pizza. Will go back to Hideaway."

"It's been a long time since I have been to this place and it's better than when I was a kíd. We went there after a sing out, we called a few days before to ask of they could accommodate a group of almost 30 of us after our chorus performance and they said yes. We ordered before we got there. When we walked in the door what would you like to drink...and the server remembered and kept refilling our drinks, the food was ready within minutes of our arrival! It was great, if you had e a larger group call a day or two ahead, They are awesome! And the bacon chicken ranch pizza is best I have had!"

"Great rooms, friendly staff, perfect location. The lady who checked us in, Chandra, made us feel so welcomed. She was friendly, made check in a breeze, explained everything to us about the hotel. She is definitely a people person and an asset to the company. Hotel decor is fun and quirkry. Perfect location, lots of modes for transportation. Chandra even arranged transportation for us to go to pier 99 for our cruise to Alaska. It was only $12.00 a person. We would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Comfortable bed with great bedding. In room fridge and microwave, 2 robes provided, Kuerig coffee maker, bathroom mirror well lighted making it easy to put on makeup, really hot water in shower.Walkability: We walked to Space Needle, out to eat, grocery store for cpap distilled water. There are a few hills to navigate to space needle. I'm 72 with bad knees and I was able to make it."

"I've been here before many times and always had amazing service. But this time not so much. My server ignored our table almost the whole time we were there. Our appetizer came out almost cold and so did the pizzas we ordered. The food was cooled down enough my toddler was able to just pick up a piece and eat it right away. The manager was very helpful after our meal though. Because of the service we received, he comped our larger pizza and apologized"

"They told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes to make my pizza and they screwed it up and it took me 45 minutes to be able to get it and they didn't even try to make things right with me by giving me a discount. We'll never go back to this place again."
