"I had a good dining experience, but the staff at the counter and on the phone can be quite frustrating. It sometimes feels like they get annoyed by the customers who are calling or trying to spend their money. During my last two takeout orders, there was some arguing when I picked up my food. I absolutely don’t want to deal with bad attitudes, and at one point, I was called a liar when I tried to clarify my order—even though I was paying for extra items. I usually place a $60 order almost weekly, so it's disappointing to encounter these issues."
