"The food was swell, but the service was miraculous. Tom K. was a cracker barrel God! While I looked at the decoration, I was confused why there was no single framed image of Tom hanging on the wall. He was so gracious and thoughtful. He moved around the restaurant like a gazelle. I was very happy with my meal, but heart broken that we had to go back home and leave Tom K. Thank you. Tom! "This is the best restaurant in all of Coachella Valley. Beautiful restaurant inside and the patio is amazing. "Thanksgiving for us was a little different this year. I used to be busy cooking. This year, my husband wanted to leave for the vacation. We really appreciated our waitress Tina. She was so welcoming and positive, although she had to work today. I really enjoyed her conversation and her general attitude. We are also fans of Cracker Barrel. "I am somewhat surprised by all negative comments, but to each of his experiences. I loved my visit. My best friend just arrived in town and we decided to have breakfast in the cracker barrel. Our waitress was really sweet, very friendly and very easy to communicate. We didn't have to wait long before we ordered. I can't have a sausage or bacon and I ordered a breakfast bar that included it. So I asked her if there could be any way to exchange the bacon/sage for something else, and she assured me that she could work out something. She did. I got a side of divine fried apples to accompany my perfectly made pancakes and sunny sides eggs. The food was very satisfying. The waitress came through very quickly to refill on water and coffee. She wasn't in the way at all. If she wasn't on the job, I would have invited her to have a place with us. My best friend and I sat and talked long after we had paid for the meal, we were not rushed to go or even harassed. I was very comfortable, my belly was full. I enjoyed my breakfast. I definitely go back. Oh and I love to die the pure maple syrup in the small glass bottles. Thanks Cracker Barrel."

"seated before the 25 minutes estimated. Saturday night special 2 brot pork chops, very large part. 2 cookies, okra. the waitress 'bobbie was fantastic as she could walk around as soon as possible to take care of each of her tables. I sent the okra again for fresh, because okra should be served hot. she was quickly back with hot okra and additional gravy for the oversized baked pork chops (the picture is 3/4 of a pork chop left over.) this was obviously not bobbies first rodeo that she clearly experienced and radiates over the other. the meal costs $15.03 very reasonable, as I am after home enough for a second meal. this place is very busy, but they will get a good service."

It seems like they prioritize giving Doordash the worst food compared to dine-in customers. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again."

"Poor Service. Poor communication between front staff and kitchen. We were informed that they would be offering breakfast buffet until 12. Our reservations were at 10:45 am. Waitress took our drink order at 11 am. We ordered at 11:15 am. She informed us 5 minutes after ordering the buffet that the cooks will be removing items and closing buffet immediately. We asked to speak to manager. Manager stopped at table and told us the cook would be putting more food on buffet. Then the cooks proceeded to immediately remove trays from buffet. No new food ever came back out of the kitchen. We paid $19.99 for a breakfast buffet that we only had 5 minutes to access as staff was removing food as we were trying to fill our plates. The waitress apologized several times for their lack of organization and communication as a restaurant. She kept explaining that she didn't know what was going on. Four of our party quickly ate their 5 minute buffet of cereal boxes and eggs. I waited additional 30 minutes for egg white frittata while my friend waited an additional 10 minutes after me for her eggs benedict. The restaurant was not busy at all compared to last year when we visited and especially considering the crowd from the event next door. There was truly no excuse for the poor service or lack of proper communication from the kitchen to the wait staff and even the manager. I would never return to this restaurant or recommend anyone else to visit."

"Our server, Marco, was very good, offering suggestions, being attentive when needed. The lighting inside the restaurant was the darkest I have ever experienced in a restaurant- way too dark. Our appetizer was very good- grilled avocado with goat cheese and balsamic vinegar. For entrees, the short ribs were good. The filet mignon was not butterflied, so it came out somewhat underdone. There was no sauce of any kind on it. The potatoes that came with it had no salt, pepper, Parmesan flakes, etc. All in all, it was too basic for me- nothing really wow. The dessert, chocolate lava cake with raspberry sauce, whipped cream, and ice cream was very good"

"Ordered the halibut and it was delicious. I loved the sides- we got shoshito peppers corn and also the butternut squash. The squash could have been seasoned better but the sauce they brought us made up for that. The truffle aioli was my favorite. Cocktails were excellent. There are some sweeter mixed drinks on the menu- we chose to order them for dessert."

"I am not familiar with Cracker Barrel because there are none around the area (Bay Area, CA). There 's a couple locations in Sacramento, CA which is the closest one from South Bay. Still not close enough though. Since I am unfamiliar with the other locations and only been to this one, I 'm not sure if their quality and service will be the same. I 'd say my first experience was good with no complaints also with good service. Came to this location while driving down to Tucson from Phoenix. Why did we choose to eat here at 8pm? I have no idea but at least we weren 't the only ones. I guess brunch is good any time of the day. I thought about getting something light since it was getting late but once I looked at the menu, I thought to myself you know what.. I 'm never here and I 'll most likely will not go to the other location back in California any time soon my worst habit honestly. So, did I get something light? No. Did I get the country fried steak, 2 sides, and a biscuit with no regrets? Yes. Country fried steak was good, gravy was good, and their biscuit was warm and soft. I had a chance to try the meatloaf and with a touch of Tabasco good. Being so hungry after a long drive, flight, another long drive then finally eating, this really hit the spot. Our server was also really nice and attentive especially to us late night customers. Much appreciated"

"Fortunately, a reservation had been made since the restaurant was crowded. The food we ordered was very good. The waiter was very polite and accommodating. But none of us could really enjoy our food because it was extremely cold. My daughters Steak were cold within minutes. My grandchildren salmon, while getting cold, like my men meat lamb. "This place is adorable. It is part of La Estancia hotel. It is located outdoors with a covered area, a huge fire pit, benches, tons of pillows and good vibes. As a vegetarian there are not many things on the menu for me. I think there are some kind of tacos. However I still love coming here to grab a drink and soak in the scene. I also like that the bathrooms are outdoors and you don?t have to go inside. This was the best place to chill during covid."

"Sweet baby Jesus if you’re in New Orleans you have to come here. The setting is very contemporary and casual. They’re Covid conscientious. No problem. I sat at the bar and I had the bartenders special which isn’t even on the menu yet. You’ll have to ask for that. Everything that crossed my lips was superb. I will always recommend this place. "We spent $60 for two adults and two kids, and we were quite disappointed. All of our fries were ice cold and as hard as a rock! I had ordered curly fries, but 75% of the box was filled with regular fries, with just a few curly ones on top. To make matters worse, they even included four hash browns from breakfast! It was very unappetizing!"
