"The shaved ice didn't really meet my expectations—it was more like chunks of ice than finely shaved. They were out of several flavors, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff was incredibly rude. They hardly made an effort to assist us and seemed annoyed when we couldn't hear their instructions. We felt like we were being given attitude throughout our entire visit. The girl at the register watched us closely as we selected a tip percentage for our order, which made us feel pressured to leave a generous tip despite the poor customer service. I won't be coming back. The ice cream was just average."
