"During our wait, we weren’t given any napkins, which forced my husband to get them from the waitress’s station himself. We also had to ask for straws. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered. My husband frequently eats out, and we’ve had much better service at other places.
After we finished our meal, we waited a full 20 minutes for the check to arrive, but it never came. Eventually, we had to approach the staff ourselves to ask to pay and leave. In the meantime, the table next to us recognized the poor service and walked out after only waiting 8-10 minutes for assistance."
