"Stopped in to Twin peaks about 4pm on Saturday. My wife and three kids in tow. Noticed 4 girls standing at the hostess table. At least one on a cell phone but all of them oblivious to the world. After being acknowledged we asked to sit outside. We were told there were no tables available out of the front patio. However other than two other guests all the tables were open. They were however all covered with dishes and empty beer glasses. We were told the back patio was available. So we head to the back and go to sit down. There was trash everywhere. All over the floor and the audio for the baseball game was so loud you had to scream and the person next to you. So I asked if we could instead sit in the front patio and was told it would probably be at least 30-40 mins before somebody would make there way around to the front patio to buss the tables. She did say she could ask the manager to turn down the audio from the baseball game. I instead asked her to ask the manager to wipe off one of the multiple empty tables they had in the patio so we could sit down. After another ten min and walking to front to see the same four girls staring at cell phones and giggling to each other we left. Why do we need four hostesses? Why don't they put the phone away and clear a table and wipe it down? Where was the manager to manage the multiple employees doing nothing or here's an idea he could buss a table. They were not busy there was nobody else waiting to be seated. Bottom line... lazy employees, no quality management and no desire to take care of the customer. See the attached photo of the patio."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time and overall, the food was good, though a bit salty. My waitress mentioned that I could request adjustments to suit my taste better next time. She was incredibly nice and friendly towards my two daughters, one of whom is 6 years old. We were seated quickly, but when I walked in, there was a dog on a leash, and its owner didn't seem to be paying much attention to it. One of my daughters is afraid of dogs and is trying to gradually overcome her fear. As we approached, she froze, so I politely tapped the owner and asked if he could bring the dog closer to him. He told me that I could have gone around instead, which upset me, so I insisted he move the dog. My children are still quite young, and if my daughter is scared, I feel it's important to address the situation. I couldn't tell if the dog was a service animal, as it didn’t have any identification, but it really bothered me. Fortunately, the rest of our visit went smoothly. Any issues I had with the food or drinks were addressed promptly, and the customer service was excellent. As we were getting ready to leave, a kind stranger even paid $40 in cash towards my bill (yes, a total stranger!). I didn’t get a chance to thank him before he left, but that act of kindness, combined with my waitress’s exceptional service, has definitely made me want to return soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!"
