"Ikea's policies have changed and they are not taking any action, so I will shine a light on the management of the meals that their employees send out to customers. I paid for two Acai bowls that were supposed to come with granola, strawberries, and other toppings for $10 each, but I received a bowl with only 2 small draws of acai yogurt and a tiny piece of yogurt on top. They wouldn't serve this to customers in person, so why is it acceptable for customers who order remotely? This is terrible. I will upload pictures as soon as I am able."
