"Today I was greeted very poorly and unprofessional by the worker in the green sweater (closing shift). He didn’t have a name tag so I could not get a name. My girlfriend and I love coffee and wanted to explore and try a new places out. As we walk in we get a blank stare and that told me everything I needed to know ! I didn’t think much of it atm so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. As he was taking our order my girlfriend asked for her drink and he immediately turned around in the middle of order to checked the machine to turn it on but his body language said it all. We both stare at each other like what just happened. At that point I wanted to leave because we did not do anything to this gentleman to behave like that. We got there at 5:30 so he had enough time to help us. I wouldn’t have mind that attitude if I had arrived there 5 min before 6:00. We sat there in silence and disbelief. Hopefully something can be done about this incident and he can learn and improve his customer service. Loved the coffee by the way."
