"The frozen yogurt at this place is outstanding—it's so delicious that people come to enjoy it even on chilly days! I ordered what I thought would be a small (but turned out to be quite large) mix of three flavors: salted caramel, cotton candy, and pistachio. It was amazing! I can't wait to have another one just like it! They also serve coffee, tea, and other beverages. The service is excellent, and since they are located in a shopping center, there’s plenty of parking available. I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommended!"

"Updated Review 10.5.22 Upgrading review to 4 stars as the last time we went the store had been cleaned up, trashed furniture thrown out, etc. MUCH better! Glad to see they applied feedback. Several other reviews have mentioned the same thing,so glad I?m not alone. My daughter loves this place, so we go, and it?s always been less than clean to put it nicely but thelast time we went May 2022) it was particularly dirty. They need to go ahead and just trash the filthy couches and disgustingfaux leather chairs. They?re just gross. Only wipeable furniture should enter this establishment. And it should be wiped downfrequently. Frequently as in after every use. I get it?s a froyo place and lots of young kids spill, but come on. The floor issticky, the tables and chairs are sticky, I didn?t even want to touch the handle to get my froyo. I didn?t put toppings on myfroyo this time either because they all seemed old and gross, particularly the fresh fruit. You can see a sticky film residueon every surface. Not that hard to grab a towel and a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner and give it a quick wipe down. Theyneed a check list system with employee sign off at certain intervals throughout the day to ensure that place stays clean."

"My kids and I visited Peachwave yesterday. I was quite disgusted by how filthy the place was. When we walked in it smelled like rotten fruit. The floors were sticky and looked like they hadnt been swept or mopped in weeks. The walls were also very dirty. We've been there before and I don't recall it being like this. "We have been regular customers for over a year, but the quality and accuracy of the food delivery have been consistently unreliable. Sometimes we'll receive only a few sparse strawberries, while other times the ratio of strawberries to bananas is off. Additionally, there are occasions when there is hardly any Nutella or granola included. Given the price of the food, this is completely unacceptable. They need to ensure their staff is properly trained to meet product standards. To make matters worse, if we request an addition like coconut flakes, they certainly charge us for the extra, yet 7 out of 10 times, the coconut flakes are missing from our Acai Nutella Berry Bowls. This issue is particularly frustrating when we order takeout and don’t realize until we’re home, 20+ minutes away, or when using Uber Eats. We have also heard similar complaints from other customers regarding absurd wait times, even when there is no line. It seems there is a lot of confusion and disorganization among the staff at the counter, which likely contributes to the inconsistent quality and frequent errors with special requests. Below are the $22 Acai bowls we ordered, which were supposed to come with paid-for coconut flakes that were never added."

Unfortunately, we were unable to fully enjoy our meal, despite spending $80. It would be helpful for the restaurant to have a sign informing customers that once closing time arrives, they must finish their food and leave the premises."
