"We insisted that the large items should actually be large, as we had paid for them, and he seemed irritated. Another order was prepared as a regular size, and when we asked him to box it up, he responded with an attitude. We explained that our order was incorrect, but he just laughed and told us to have a good day. At that point, we didn’t even want the ice cream anymore, so we went back to the front to speak with a manager (who was wearing a mask). She shrugged and laughed, clearly uninterested in helping.
I explained the situation and requested a refund instead of a replacement, and she flatly refused. The service was not only poor, but their attention to detail was lacking, and they seemed indifferent to customer feedback. We live in downtown Bethlehem and won’t be returning. They need to do better."
