"The frozen yogurt here is excellent, with plenty of good choices every time I visit. The cleanliness of this location is generally acceptable. However, I have to deduct a star because they ask for tips and even highlight it during checkout, which creates an awkward situation. My husband, who is typically a very generous tipper and receives fantastic service at our favorite places, finds this practice unreasonable. What exactly are we tipping for? I found out that employees make $10 an hour, which seems like a fair wage for someone responsible for restocking, cleaning, monitoring self-service customers, and processing payments. I would appreciate it if they could step away from this tipping culture nonsense; if they do, I would gladly give them that fifth star."
