"This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I found it confusing that there were no signs to indicate where to place orders and where to pick them up. I stood at the ordering window for about 10 minutes without anyone coming to assist me. Noticing a group at a different window, I thought I might be in the wrong place, so I moved there and waited another 10-15 minutes. Eventually, another customer approached that window and got their order taken right away. When I returned to the original window, a woman who had just arrived confronted me for “cutting in line,” which was frustrating. Ultimately, I chose to leave. I’d recommend adding clear signage to identify the order and pick-up windows, as well as improving customer service."
