"The rudest staff I have ever experienced. We were a bit late to our reservation but thought it would be okay because of the minute grace period. Apparently not. While we were waiting in line to see the hostess they canceled our reservation. We immediately went up to the hostess to say we were present she said too bad the reservation was canceled. I said I didn’t understand who could have taken our table that quickly, she proceeded to be rude and unhelpful. If she would have been polite and worked with us to reschedule I would have completely understood the cancellation. She told me they were booked solid and continued to be rude. The best part is I walked away and went on open table and was able to rebook the reservation for the same amount of people at around the same time. It was clearly unnecessary for her to be that unhelpful. AND when we were seated the restaurant had PLENTY of availability. I attached photos of how much availability there was. Worst service ever, will not return"

"First time there and the restaurant is gorgeous. We started with the drop biscuits which were as good as when mom made. My husband had the chicken and waffles and he raved about it. Fried chicken was excellent. I had brisket sandwich and brisket was tender but not much flavor. My nephew had the burger and said it was very good. I would definitely try it again. The outdoor area with fire pits is very nice."

"Wow! By far one of the best experiences I have encountered. This was our 1st time visiting Batch and definitely won 't be our last. The moment we walked in the hostess was welcoming. We we taken to our table where she used disinfecting wipes to wipe thetable. This simple gesture was much appreciated ????. Our waitress Danielle was AWESOME! She was extremely personable and itliterally felt like we knew each other for a while. Especially nowadays it makes a difference when people are just genuinelynice. She had such a funny vibe and used this cute little phases like "if you are in the mood for something that walks on land "then she would mention the meal. I thought that was pretty awesome. The food/drink recommendations was on point. I had theFrench toast and it was so yummy!!! filling. I do recommend getting a side of chicken ????. My husband had chicken waffleswith a side of the mac cheese. The mac cheese was enough for the both of us. It was delicious! The vibe of the restaurantwas impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant. Keep up the great customer service Team Batch. Especially our new go to girlDanielle."
