"My wife and I have been patrons at Artango for a number of years. The food, ambiance, and service has always been fantastic. With the exception of this past Saturday evening 11/11. We got there with plenty of time to spare and the hostess was very gracious and sat us within only a couple of minutes, we had a reservation just in case. Upon sitting, we were greeted by another lady who brought us our cutlery and water. We were sat next to another couple as well. Sadly, this is where things went downhill. The service on this evening was very poor. we waited nearly 10 minutes for our waiter. During that time we had to scan the QR code, the .pdf's are not user friendly and you can only look at one page at a time, meaning, you have to go out of the .pdf, rescan, and go to the next page. very annoying. When the waiter arrived, he brought paper menus, which was fine but why weren't we given that by the hostess? We ordered our drinks and appetizers. When drinks were brought, they weren't ours but the couple near us, the same thing happened with the appetizers. We received our drinks and appetizers, and that was fine. But it took a long time before we received our main course. When we did, the steak was undercooked, the potatoes were somewhat warm, just slightly above room temp, and the sprouts were also the same. The steak, was also a slightly warm temp. We had waited so long though that we ended up just eating most of the appetizers and some of the steak. Then we had to wait, again, for our waiter to get a dessert menu. Which took another 10-15 minutes. When we were done, we requested the bill which took another 15 minutes to receive. During all the waiting, i had to extend my parking twice. So i'm paying more money so i don't get a ticket. Needless to say, I was happy to leave, the food got cold very fast as it was already barely warm, and not cooked the way we requested. We will be wary the next time we decide to dine there."
