"Having worked in the restaurant industry, I know that fried calamari is typically prepared in batches since it's a popular item. Despite this, our appetizers took 45 minutes to arrive, even though frying calamari usually only takes about 5 minutes. It was clear to me that the restaurant wasn't adequately prepared for the number of customers they had that night.
To make matters worse, it took another 30 minutes for our main courses to arrive. Overall, the food was decent, but unless you're willing to wait over two hours for your meal, I would recommend looking for a different restaurant."
