"I met a friend here for dinner late in the evening. The service started out great but wained when was busy. I believe she was the only server for a whole section. The soup was fantastic, the chicken noodle soup was very delicious fresh and had lots of fresh white meat. I'd also like to mention my experience when I went to the bathroom. One of the employees there mentioned it outloud Jesus was his n I overheard this and corrected him and say don't say something like that publicly. He mentioned that that's his personal relationship with Jesus. As an employee of a restaurant, whatever you think about Jesus should be kept to yourself, especially if it's a racial slur. He went on to proceed to say that he was valid and saying what he was saying in a public restaurant with a uniform. This was so disheartening... And I didn't further comment to him. As a business, you need TRAIN your employees about how their public persona can affect someone who is a customer to the business. Whatever an employee says when in uniform reflects the business."

"I placed a take out order and I used curbside pick up. This was our first time ever trying this place, even though it is a big chain, for some reason we had never been here before. I live about 15 mins away and have three kids under eight (this will be an important detail) when I got home I realized our gallon of lemonade was missing. I called them up and told them I couldn’t pick it up because my kids were tired and whinnying, it was way past nap time and we still haven’t had lunch. They understood and asked for my address. 20 minutes later someone was dropping off our lemonade, they went out of their way just for a gallon of lemonade!! Wow! If that doesn’t speak of their costumer service, nothing will.Not only that, we got the family meal lasagna and was absolutely delicious!Needless to say, I will be ordering more family meals from them since it was delicious, a healthier option than fast food and their service was superb. I am also looking forward to going to the restaurant and dining in (once my toddlers are a bit older and going to restaurants gets easier). Thank you Carrabba’s!"

"we have dined here during our honeymoon trip and our server eduardo was an absolute joy! he was professional to ensure that we were aware of the happy hour specials and menu choice (I have special nutritional requirements. He was also very attentive, although he had other tables, it seemed as though he could balance his time well between us. he also has a great personality that is a certain plus in a server! I chose the chicken trio, and one of me appeared understated. eduardo offered to replace the whole plate I sincerely appreciated! but I was satisfied with the one-huh article restored. at the end of the meal he even boxed our rest for us (a service I thought was now lost! and that trembles on the cake or should I say that we were treated with a free dessert since we were on our slumber weeks! nice touch carrabba’s! we do not have one in our opposite indiana (we would have at least 2 hours running, but this experience can rethink and make the trip for the delicious food, especially if all their servers are as attentive and amazing as eduardo!"

"Visiting for an early dinner, I was pleased with every aspect of the experience. Both the hosts and our server were friendly and personable, while our server was quite attentive throughout my party's dining experience.As for our meal, menu items were brought out quickly. "This place was disgusting. First of all, the manager (who referred to himself as the proprietor is clearly only working here as a last-ditch effort to save his career. He had the appearance of a man who was both trying too hard, and morally and physically defeated. The entirety of the staff were clearly untrained, very dirty, and had no idea of how to handle food. Our waitress enjoyed jabbing her finger a good 3-4 inches directly into the center of our plates with her excessively long ungloved fingernails (yum! . The food was disgusting, and most definitely not worth the price. I had the privilege of being served one of their $22 pasta dishes, and quite honestly I have had better pasta in the waiting room of a funeral home. Very disgusting, poorly managed, and smelled like an adult video shop. Please stay away at all costs. There is an Olive Garden across the street, and I can assure you their carpet tastes better than anything you will be served here."

"My waiter was very unpleasant. He behaved like a child who doesn't want to do his homework. He seemed very tired. The Ceasar salad didn't have hardly any dressing. It was rather dry. The main course was very good, Chicken Bryan, but I had to ask for more tomato sauce for the penne pasta because it was very dry. Everybody was in a hurry to close down and that was their goal, not the clients in the restaurant, as if we were not going to pay. My bill was really high because I ordered wine. So I was very unhappy with the way I was being treated."

"It was nice because we didn't have to wait! My husband was turning 40 so that was awesome I just love to be with him in general we were out with his parents this night my husband and I both got sick from eating the sausage that night but the surface was great and we heated up the sausage more than the next day and the food was awesome just got to make sure and cook that sausage all the way! But it shows that the food is fresh thank you for my one man birthday show we were glad to add to it! "We came to Carrabba because we received a gift card as a Christmas gift. The place was packed, so we had to wait about twenty minutes. They ran a special for two people to share an appetizer, soup or salad, as well as two entrees. We shared the filled mushrooms, had the Caesar salad, which was very good, and the lasagna and Tuscan grilled chicken breast with one side of asparagus. The grilled chicken breast was very well seasoned and perfectly cooked; we enjoyed a lot. The lasagna should come with meat sauce, but we couldn't find any meat. As if some children with four types of cheese would enjoy, but not a favorite for us. We asked to order garlic bread, and they said they don't serve anything that was a surprise for an Italian restaurant. They offer free bread that was delicious and served with an olive oil scuba sauce. Our server offered to grill some of them, which was very thoughtful. Service overall was very helpful and personal. This seems to be a place for families or large groups, probably something on the menu for all here. We don't often feed in chain restaurants, but this is one of the better out there."

"first I love carrabbas experience here was not the same as many others in many different states where I was. wait for a table for 2 was 20min by 15 o'clock. (they seemed very underoccupied, even tho there were two greetings and a third person who always came back to the front...and the fact that tgere were many open tables) we ordered shimpr 40-45min later the food was delivered. the sampi was cold and overboiled, the roasted brot was cold. the side of the spaghetti was hot. did not get the spade, but we kept the brokkoli because of the time we waited. extra mushrooms were no show. we asked, and they brought mushrooms with sauce. the ceramic dish was hot, the mushrooms were cold. so they brought more mushrooms in a container that was microwaves. I gave 3 stars because the waiter was great, apologized and cared for the best he could. I also understand that it will be substantiated and maybe some inexperienced employees/cooks... fortunately, these carrabba’s will turn around and deliver a better quality eating like most others I go."

"I have to admit, I would have never imagined a chain-Italian restaurant would be one of my favorite local places, but this particular location of Carrabba’s is so amazing it has encouraged me to venture out of my comfort zone and give other new places a try. I walked over one day while waiting for Discount Tire to equip my SUV with some new shoes, and although I only meant to stay there for 30-45m, I probably spent the better half of 2 hours just having a great time, eating good food and having great conversations, both with the staff there and the strangers that popped in and out of communal discussions. I think it comes down to the fact that I sat at the bar top and got some of the most amazing service that one could expect, not just once but on multiple occasions. I’m horrible with names, so excuse me for only remember one of the two amazing people that helped me — the first is an older lady who’s worked there for 10+ years (I just met her yet she made me instantly feel like family) and a guy named Scott who’s been there each time I’ve come through… and they are just outstanding people in multiple ways. They take care of your order with efficiency, duly noting any accommodations you may request, and they have the perfect balance of striking a conversation with you while also giving you your space to enjoy a meal. One time an order came out wrong, and he caught it before I did, immediately taking care of the problem. But that’s just part of their awesomeness. I think those two alone have cultivated an incredible atmosphere, so much that I don’t think I’d ever eat there without going straight into the bar seating area. The bar itself is lively too, but their attention to detail is so good that I couldn’t ask for anything more from a dining out experience."

"We ordered two Johnny Trio dishes: one with Tuscan Grilled Sirloin Marsala, Chicken Bryan, and Mezzaluna for $28, and a second trio with a fillet and an upcharge for Lobster Ravioli, totaling $38. Unfortunately, the sirloin was overcooked, tough, and cold. The chicken was barely warm, and the lobster ravioli was chewy and undercooked. The fillet was passable, but the highlight of the meal was surprisingly the tiramisu for dessert. We raised our concerns with two different waiters, but by the time they offered to remake our food, we had lost our appetite and decided to take our meals to go. Neither of the servers thought to involve the manager, so we requested one ourselves. However, the manager was not apologetic and kept insisting that the food would be better the second time. Clearly, he didn’t notice that most of our order was in to-go boxes. In the end, he only comped the dessert—the one thing that was actually good. We will not be returning to this location again and will take our business elsewhere."

"The food was incredible, the sangria was delightful, and the service was outstanding! I had the chicken Alfredo, and I was really impressed with my dish. The Caesar salad made for a fantastic starter too! Andrew provided exceptional service, making sure we had everything we needed and never letting us feel overlooked. He even recommended that we take a pitcher of sangria home, highlighting how wonderful the blackberry sangria was! It was great to have that sangria to enjoy with my Thanksgiving dinner the next day! "On 8/22/24 my family of 10 decided to eat here. It was late around 9:15 pm. The restaurant appeared to be at or near closing. Once inside we were met with a warm welcome and a few tables were rearranged to accommodate us. I asked our waitress Princess what time do you close? I think she said 11, but followed up with don't worry about that. Let's get you seated. We ordered beverages and looked over the menus. I have a son who has severe allergies to dairy, nut and seafood. Princess took her time to understand our concerns. She brought over another person to further describe what the chefs do so we could make our decision. It was apparent they had a genuine concern for his welfare as they guided us through how they will keep my son safe and enjoy his dining experience. Our meals arrived hot, delicious and in gigantic portions. Princess and the staff here were in no rush for use to leave and our meal was quite enjoyable. We even took advantage of their $10 take-home... You will not go wrong dining at Carrabba's Williamsburg and you will feel like family! Kudos to Ms. Princess"

"Haven't been here in years but glad I came. Had fried calamari with this delicious spicy cheese sauce, caesar salad, lentil and sausage soup, lamb chops and lasagna, bread on the side and water to drink. All for $60, delicious and good pricing, can't beat that! I'm not a lamb fan at all but it was cooked perfectly. The lasagna was full of ricotta and all kinds of cheese, barely tasted the noodles or seen the meat which would have been nice but it was still good cuz I love cheese. The lentil soup was good as well! Our waitress was very good and so pleasant, wish I remembered her name but she gave amazing customer service!"

"My wife Maria and I traveled from Florida to the area for a family issue and after two days of hard work decided to have an early dinner at a casual sit down restaurant. Since Carrabbas was close to the hotel we were staying at, we figured it would be a good choice. I can tell you that we both were very pleased with our choice. I had the sirloin steak that was cooked to perfection and had great flavor as served. I had fried that were very good. Maria had the Mezzaluna which was also cooked perfectly and very tasty. We finished with the tiramisu which again was awesome. Compliments to the Chef and our server Dana L. I rarely write reviews (usually leave them to Maria but felt that this was one of those times to write it as it was well deserved. I will definitely eat here again if/when we are back in this area. Two thumbs up."

"I was turned off by the sight of a dirty abandoned plate in the bar area, so I opted not to sit there. The food was tasty until I bit into something that seemed out of place - it tasted like a potato in tomato sauce, which did not belong in my dish. I still don't know what it was. I initially thought it was ziti pasta. The chicken cutlets were also a bit too cold. Despite these mishaps, the overall flavor of the food was good. It's a shame that they made a couple of mistakes. I am still curious about what fell into the red sauce that I ate."

"the atmosphere was very nice, soothing music, not too loud. About five minutes after sitting, our server approached us and sat in a strange side position over two chairs before us and said something, I don't even remember because that was a very inconspicuous introduction. I showed her a free Calamari Appetizer advertising on my handy, and she immediately told me that they did not participate in this, say I should have checked to see the vegas, does not. After I saw the valid offer from a third, dine rewards, I showed it to her again. she brought the manager. the manager has quickly looked at it and no problem said we will get it right to them. the Calamari Appetizer was very good. it had an extra crispy pfeffer coating, served with marinara and aioli. the nasalate was very good, served with Italian olive and pfefferminz. the steak was ordered medium and it was perfectly cooked. the broccoli was thoroughly cooked and delicious. the rosmarin garrison fries were fantastic! the linguine pescatore was very good. our server was quite unstoppable until the manager refills our drinks and asks us for something else we needed. herself at the end she took like what seemed to be forever to get us the bill. I still gave her a decent tipp because she worked where today not even so many others want to go to work. but this would simply have been a five star review if not for the bad service. the first interaction we had with her was that she told me I was wrong about a promotion where I was right. it just went downhill."
