"I've been a fan of this restaurant for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. Last night, they had reserved 90% of the dining area for a Bocce Ball banquet, and it was incredibly loud—we couldn’t hear each other talk. Our server didn’t approach us because they assumed we were part of the banquet, so we had to ask for everything ourselves. If they're going to host an event like that, they should really close the restaurant to regular customers. There were even loud announcements with everyone yelling and cheering. It's a shame because we've always enjoyed this place, but we won't be returning."

"I accidentally discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant while looking for a place to kill some time before a reservation. They truly deserve more customers! My wife remarked that the service from Alex was the best she’s experienced in California. Their happy hour runs from 4 to 6 PM, featuring fantastic dishes priced between $7 and $9, as well as half-price cocktails, beers, and wines—plus, they are very generous with the drinks! The experience was so enjoyable that we decided to stay well after happy hour to savor the service, food, and beverages."

"I've been here once and will not return. I was with a work group but with no reimbursement. I wanted to cry when I saw the prices; it was so out of my reach that I ordered the least expensive item on the menu (nothing special, particularly for the price). I also ordered a glass of house cabernet (generally least expensive). When I received my tab, the ONE glass of wine was $15. I told the server there must be a mistake. She said they didn't have house cabernet and so what I was served was $15. I told her she should have told me they did not have a house cabernet; I would never have ordered this. She treated me with disdain and shrugged me off I guess I wasn't good enough [wealthy enough] to warrant honesty and respect from this establishment. Fine; I'm in a different income bracket now and will gladly take my business to establishments with good food that is not ridiculously priced, and with honest, friendly, and respectful service. Any time someone suggests trying this place, I warn them off and we go elsewhere."

"I love Giorgio's and frequently eat there; it’s always my first choice of restaurants. The fair pricing, generous portion sizes, and excellent service make it stand out. For the same price as three tacos from Taco Bell, I can enjoy their delicious meatball subs or Reubens, in addition to better quality of food, atmosphere, and great service. Their meatball subs are fantastic, and most of their sandwiches and dinners are outstanding. However, there are two exceptions: their fish dinners and hamburgers. I hope they consider this feedback for improvement because I've ordered both on mulitiple times, and they continue to disappoint."

"This review warrants a rating of 3.5 stars. The experience began positively with quick seating and prompt order-taking. However, things started to decline once our order was placed. As a few more tables filled up, it seemed like the staff struggled to keep up with the demand. After about 20 minutes of waiting for our appetizers, we inquired about them and were informed that they were still in the kitchen, despite there being only 5 or 6 tables occupied, mostly with just two diners each. When the food finally arrived, it was enjoyable, though nothing extraordinary. The portion sizes were on the smaller side, but fair considering the prices."

"I wanted a nice place for a special occasion with my fiance. When I walked in, the decor looked nice. During the dinner my opinion of the place changed as the service was poor and the management was rude. The food was not much better. I left an 18% tip in spite of the poor service. But after I left, management changed my credit card to over 20% and submitted it to my credit card company without my approval. I wouldn't trust them with your credit card if I were you."

"Food drinks are pretty good. I had the lamb chops and loved them. They were flavorful. My friend had the smallest snapper I’ve ever seen served at a restaurant, or in my life actually. My other friend had fried chicken and we weren’t blown away. Biscuits were to die for !! Fried shrimp were good too. Chocolate Martini was great, thanks Sergio. Now to the cons, the lack of urgency in this place is crazy. Staff moves very slow. I watched several tables just sitting there waiting for their bill , waiting with empty glasses for so long. My table and I were trying to flag Sarah down for a while as we watched her talk, laugh, and hang with other employees. No bueno. No reason why I should be raising my hand in desperation for you to take my money. The problem is that the gratuity is already included, so the servers may not feel the pressure to work as hard, but that doesn’t mean you don’t provide basic service. Gratuity was included even for two people at the bar. Bringing two chocolate martinis up to a whopping $50!! Not a Bad place to visit , but not if you’re in a rush , looking for excellent service , or are on a budget."

"No frills brunch spot when you’re in the mood for simple options. I enjoyed their vegetarian omelette and it comes with a side of dressed greens and a slice of baguette. Portion is good and no complaints there. Would go back to try their other menu items. In terms of atmosphere, it’s a bit loud. The kitchen ventilation isn’t superb so you’ll come out smelling heavily like breakfast so just a warning if you care about that."

"If you like Italian this is the place for you! They have so many options, so hard to choose. I decided to order chicken marsala over linguine with extra marsala sauce and rice balls to go! I have delivered food from this restaurant quite a few times,everytime I have ever entered this restaurant it is always packed full! Not one empty seat. So, I arrive to pay and pick up mymeal! Excited and can't wait to get home and try! I can say that the portion size was great, the chicken, pasta, mushrooms wasamazing. My only complaint is I feel it could have used a little more flavor, it was missing something! I have had chickenmarsala many of times, it is my one of my favorite dishes. I've made it myself LOL I'm not saying that I'm Rachael Ray or JuliaChilds, but it was definitely missing a flavor. I know they do have authentic Italian dishes and maybe that's just the way thatthey make their sauce, it just didn't taste like marsala sauce to me or how I'm use to having it taste. About the rice balls itwas my first time trying, they looked great, nice size, good appetizer, but would I order them again? No, not for me, it wasjust not for my palate. Otherwise, no complaints from me, the portion was great and the customer service was amazing!!"
