"We waited over an hour for our food, and they forgot half of our order. It then took another 45 minutes to deliver the remaining items. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted awful. It was clear that very low-quality ingredients were used; the meatball sub didn’t even resemble real meat. Overall, it was quite unappetizing. We feel completely ripped off having spent over $40 on such disappointing food. This was our first and definitely last experience dining here. We are extremely disappointed."
