"We just celebrated my baby shower here and I am blown away! I have taken my time to write the review, because I have so much positive to say, that I had to figure out how to say it all! First, the restaurant itself is gorgeous! So elegant feeling but comfortable, you feel like you are in an amazing family setting. The staff, where do you even start? How do you find such amazing people to work there? You can see this is a true reflection of how valued they are as employees as the manger there was the most outgoing, fun, and reliable person to work with! Nothing was ever in question the whole day or the entire planning process, they just handle what you need! Amazing, friendly, knowledgable and attentive team working together to give us the best experience, and they did! The food was beyond wonderful. I still have people calling me to tell me how outstanding the meal was, no one could believe the amount of food they got (more then I've gotten at most weddings! and every item was more delicious then the next! We had an outstanding bar selection, a lot of space to fit our large event and still feel comfortable and the ability to be creative and decorate as we wished, which is so hard to find with venues. I would recommend Capri of Downers Grove for lunch, dinner, drinks, events.. you name it, they can do it!!"
