"I and my guests had the worst experience at this restaurant. We had a baby shower here yesterday and it was a disaster. The electric went out as we were welcoming our guests. Very disappointed as a happy event went to a very stressful and uncomfortable time. We went on with the shower thinking things would have worked out as we were told by the owner that it would be. However, it was degrees in the place, no ventilation, they had no back-up in the kitchen and had to work on a camping stove. Food was not full portions, cold especially the chicken and people by this time were very uncomfortable and afraid to eat the food, Along with that a window shade fell down from a large window and hit the back of one of our guests. Besides the owner saying it was not their fault that the electric went out, he offered nothing else to else and was very rude. Not only this but there was no working emergency lights in the washrooms. It was totally dark. Throughout all of this, I was extremely concerned about the mother to be and many of our senior guests as many guests had to leave because of the situation. We have never been treated so unprofessional and rude by any other restaurant. All they wanted was their money."
