"We managed to grab a table and decided to order some to see what all the fuss was about. It's easy to see why there was such a line outside. While we dined, we were facing a screen that showcased a slideshow of various dishes. It was lunchtime, and as we watched, our hunger intensified with each appetizing image—each dish looked better than the last, making our decision difficult. Eventually, my friend chose the national dish of Colombia, and the waiter expressed his approval.
I learned a few things during our visit, especially regarding the different cuts of meat—there’s a gentleman's cut, a lady's cut, and a Cuban cut. And let’s not forget about the coffee bar. I was relieved to be away from the typical US coffee chains; instead, I enjoyed a fantastic cup of coffee served in real cups, made with love and passion.
When the bill arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. It's no wonder this place is so popular, right in the heart of Miami. It’s a restaurant where everyone can afford to eat without worrying about taking out a loan on their house, and they serve delicious food while providing excellent service—even if you find yourself communicating with gestures and smiles due to a language barrier."
