"Every thing was great at this location. I took off one star because for some reason they have a fruit fly issue. This was the second time I noticed them. It wasn’t as bad as it was in the warmer weather when we went. The place is super clean so they must be coming out of the plumbing? It wasn’t omg this is disgusting just something I’ve noticed the three times we’ve gone to this location."

"We always come here for my daughter and mines birthday. This year wasn't as dynamic. The food was extremely salty. The meats were dry and there was a lot more chicken offerings and Parmesan coated meats than the usual melt in my mouth beef. There was still amazing flank and New York steak cuts. But sadly my entire family woke up extremely thirsty all night long. And my daughters spent the next day home from school with stomach issues. because their bodies aren't used to the sodium levels. I know this was a Sunday evening, and our waiter was greeeeen. He was trying to learn the ropes, but we had to keep asking for water. The management team is always super nice, and we did not bring up issues with them. We decided it was a good chance for our server to learn the ropes and chalk this up to a one time issue. Aside from our recent experience we've always loved coming here."

"I visited this restaurant on Mother's Day and was disappointed with the quality of service, which was not up to my usual standards. The restaurant was also noisier than usual, likely due to the holiday. Plastic tables with table cloths had to be brought in to accommodate more customers. My party of six was seated at one of these tables, which was not very stable and constantly needed to be readjusted whenever someone moved. Despite these issues, I had a generally positive experience and will likely return in the future, but probably not on a holiday."

"Very disappointed. We had really been looking forward to this as it was several months in the making due to a previous forced cancellation. Everyone we knew raved about it, but it was not good and not nearly worth the money. We are not picky as my children like Outback and the Olive Garden to give you an idea. The salad bar was lacking. It was missing the sushi which my daughter was looking forward to as it is prominently displayed on the website. The sides were served slowly with small portions that we had to request more multiple times. The beans were watery like soup. Our table was broken and wobbled any time someone touched it. We were told there was a dress code and had our children dress up. We were the only ones. I saw shorts, sneaker, sandles, overalls. Anything goes wardrobes. The meat. It was very slow to come around. So much so that we had to ask for most of the choices we were looking forward to. If we had not spent time on the website discussing with excitement what we wanted to try, we would have missed out on at least 1/2 of the options. Once we asked, as we knew the selections by memory, those items came out once. -The filet mignon was maybe the worst I have had at a restaurant. It was very chewy. I did not finish the 2 small pieces I had. -The drummets had pieces of bone or hard bits breaking off into our mouths. -The mashed potatoes were ok although how they were served, they got cold very quickly. Served as a thin layer on a mini platter. Served in a bowl or deep dish would keep them warmer. -The french fries may have been the best thing there. There was no food there that we would ever want to have again. The women's restroom had 3 stalls. 2 did not have locks on them. When we were seated at the table, there were so many items and glasses that there was no room to put our hands down. Even the little red/green cards did not matter. My children (teenagers) we excited about that but it did not matter what side we had turned up."

"We have been to this restaurant many times and seen others get bad service. This time, it was our turn and it was pretty bad. I reserved a table for for my birthday. I was hosting the party. The staff essentially ignored my requests and wishes, concentrating their attention on the far end of the table. My end of the table had trouble getting served food. Waiters would serve the far end of the table, then divert themselves to the table next to us rather than continue down the line to serve us. We had to ask for a particular cut of meat literally about times before it was finally served. We were there an extra minutes or so just trying to get food at our side of the table. We never got clean plates for the main course, instead being forced to use our salad plates. I was not asked about what side dishes we wanted, even though I was hosting the party. We did not get spoons for our desserts (who eats ice cream with a fork until we complained. I had explicitly told the waiter to bring me the bill, but she gave it someone else instead. I had to mail them a check this morning. The level of disrespect was palpable. Since I have seen this happen to others at this restaurant, it will be a while before I am willing to go back. Food is great, but service can be a nightmare sometimes."

"Texas de Brazil is the biggest name Brazilian steakhouse in SA and the last I 've tried of the rest in town. I was really looking forward to this experience especially on a night like Valentine 's Day! My husband made reservations weeks in advance and luckily there was plenty of availability. they called to confirm his reservation the day before and did advise him if we were 10 minutes late they 'd have to give up our table (such a good tip because we had prior arrangements right before dinner). Also I 'm assuming this only is their rule on busy holidays but I 'm not sure. The entryway is the bar area, hostess stand and small seating area not the best looking area but not awful either. I think I just expected a more grand/tidy/beautiful entry. I will say the prettiest piece of the restaurant is the floral arrangement above the salad bar. There definitely should be more seating in the waiting area considering it 's a popular spot downtown. Our waiter was very attentive and very friendly! He wanted to make sure our first experience was a great one. We definitely got to try all of the meats which was surprising because we haven 't been able to at competitors (not name dropping) so it was nice to get the choice of variety considering that 's what we paid for. My favorite cut of meat here was lamb chops! They 're definitely a bit smaller than other restaurants chops but not lacking on flavor at all!!! Seasoned and cooked to perfection and I was offered 2 servings right away which helped my satiation. Next best meat cut was the beef ribs. Melt in your mouth!! I was a bit disappointed that we weren 't ever asked what kind of cook we wanted for any of our meats. There 's no way every single diner wants the same cook. There 's definitely room for improvement here. Overall I 'm not sure I 'd return, but it was a good experience and I 'm glad to say I 've tried the best of Brazilian steakhouses in SA !"

"The food options were very good along with quality. However, for the price i would have rather been able to order hot foods/salad options instead of trying to dodge meat guys and servers moving around. I would have like to have a kids meal option vs paying for price. The service was good though. Very friendly staff We made a reservation marking we were celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived, they asked how many years and if it was our first time there. We told them it was our 25th and our first time there. Not sure why they asked because nothing was offered not even a complementary soda."

"After eating only vegetables for a one-year, I decided it was time to try the Texas de Brazil, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is a Brazil Steakhouse, the name comes from a tradition in southern Brazil, Churrasco . This restaurant comes from a Latin style cowboys, who believed in sharing different kinds of meat over a roasted fire. The salad bar has a variety of different items to chose from to bring together a plate with taste and style. This is a Kings house with team of waiters and waitress contently bring out hot meats for your eating pleasure. Most of the staff is overly kind and checking on the table with a smile. Waiting on my table was Ms. Natalie, who rates a ten for customer service."

"My husband and I came in as a walk in they couldn’t seat us because we didn’t have reservations so they told us we would have to wait for a no show which could take 15 minutes or more. Kool we waited the 15 mins I go online to see there was a reservation for 12:30 so I reserved that spot the time came and we was seated before the waitlist. I was irritated because I wish they would have gave us that option before just turning us away. This is not a good place for people that like there steaks well done all the meat comes out **** we were grossed out however our server was very friendly and helpful and that was greatly appreciated."

"I usually go to Texas de Brazil for special occasions. The food is always the best. There isn't one type of food they have that I won't eat. Location is good. The lobby is a little small so trying to stay out of the elements while waiting for your table is a little tough, but all good. Service has never disappointed. The servers are fast, they are accurate with orders on drinks. The folks that come around with meats are friendly and always smiling. They always try to ensure they have meat that is cooked to your liking. The food is perfect. Do NOT fill up on the salad bar. It had to be said. The salad bar is so huge and even if you get little bits of everything you can be hurting once the meats come. While Texas de Brazil is a little pricey, it is worth it for those special occasions."

"Meat eaters delight! The meat was plentiful, cooked perfectly rare, delicious and with excellent service. "Our experience at the restaurant was fantastic! We celebrated my grandmother's 86th birthday with a brunch for a party of 15. Everyone, from the host to our server to the manager on duty, was exceptional. The manager (whose name we unfortunately do not know) set up a beautiful table for us and went above and beyond by placing us in a private room. Our server took excellent care of all of us on her own and was wonderful. We are grateful to everyone for creating a memorable and special experience for my grandmother."

"I really enjoyed the concept and atmosphere of the restaurant. The gauchos were friendly and welcoming. However, several of the meats arrived cold at our table. We had to wait 28 minutes for the first round of meat to be served, but it was delicious once it finally came, with some great cuts of meat. Unfortunately, our server was not the best; he seldom checked on us and didn't offer any sides until we asked. We also had to request refills or other drinks. It took three tries to get him to apply a coupon/gift card, and he forgot our to-go order twice."

"Food was delicious — the meats were perfectly prepared tonight. Our waitress was Kaitlyn, and she did a great job. "I gave 5 stars for the service. Texas de Brazil has changed quite a bit since COVID, which I understand, but at $50 a meal, they should really maintain a high standard. The meat was slightly too salty, and the salad bar, unfortunately, lacked variety and appeal. However, the team was strong and very polite; my waitress was everything I hoped she would be. While I was disappointed with the meal overall, I still appreciated the experience. When you think of Texas de Brazil, you expect a lot of great things, but it's just not the same anymore."

"I made reservations for two. When we arrived were seated in the bar area at a table for two. I requested to sit in the main dining area and was told I had to sit in the bar area because my party was only for two. However, when I was at the salad bar I noticed two tables set up for two in the main dining area where I requested to be seated. I complained again and questioned why there were two available tables in the main dining area. At that time I was told there wasn't a server available. Additionally, there was a couple of two seated at a four person table. I frequent this establishment a lot and was not pleased with this dining visit."

"took sister and brother-in-law for first time. They loved it!! the food was great! They were very impressed and stated they would return. BIL stated he had never had so much food. LOL He cleaned off about 4 plates. The waitress was not as attentive as she should have been but she did the best she could. The vaqueros would come out and go all around our table yet never stop. "Always great food but service front the front desk to the wait staff is so hit or miss . I have waited 45 minutes with a reservation and had my place in line skipped on multiple occasions when using open table . I have better luck just showing up then making reservations . The wait staff is so stretched that if you run out of cocktail or drinks you wait 30-45 minutes for refills . Soda and tea served is small wine glasses so it goes quick and meat is salty maybe offer soda and tea in large containers or have more waitstaff ."
