"I've never encountered such rude customer service! I placed an online order for food from Frank's at 5:30 pm, well within their operating hours. When my sister went to pick up the pizza, the door was open, and a man inside, without a shirt, informed her that they were closed and that our pizzas hadn't been made, even though I had already been charged. When I entered to request a refund, I was met with such hostility that I was taken aback. The employee practically told me it wasn't his problem and blamed a third party, then yelled at me to leave his restaurant. My husband returned to speak with them, as I was quite upset, and the man even claimed he had called the police on me! I contacted DoorDash, who handled the online ordering, and they stated that Frank’s could have easily refunded me since they received my payment. Honestly, I don't even care about the money anymore! I'm just in disbelief over how I was treated by this unhinged individual. I wish I had recorded his outrageous comments. I will definitely not support this business and will share my experience with everyone I know."
