"The restaurant and food was great. Uncle Sam's always does a wonderful job! What ruined everything was the driver. He parked illegally in front of my garage, which made it impossible for my girlfriend and the rest of my neighbor's to gain access to their garages. He reacted rude when asked to please move his vehicle. Instead he decided to roll down his window and start to yell at her. He continued to yell until the garage door was completely closed and she was inside. As a result my girlfriend lost her appetite and was not able to eat the food that was delivered. Im sure this doesn't always happen, and he's probably just a bad seed. But under these circumstances I feel like a reimbursement of our food cost as well as a credit towards our next food delivery is in order."

"My family is quarantined at home with covid. We ordered Door dash delivery. The order unfortunately was wrong. I called and told the young lady on the phone. She remade our order and had one of her associates deliver our food to our door. The young girl called me to let me know it was out front and even text me to tell me to feel better. I have worked in customer service my entire life and I will say this was above and beyond for sure. Thank you so much to these 2 young ladies who made a world of difference for me today."
