"Red Peony was perfect for our family gathering of 8 for a Saturday lunch. We started with an assortment of appetizers and dim-sum--veggie spring rolls, pork dumplings, crispy purple yam with sesame, turnip cakes, and chicken soup buns. Everything was delicious! We shared entrees of seafood rice cakes, chicken broccoli, and shanghai fried rice. The portion sizes were large enough to feed everyone and we still had leftovers. Everything about Red Peony was wonderful--we'll definitely be back."

"The quality of the food here seems to vary greatly depending on the day and the staff on duty. On some occasions, the dishes are delicious, and the restaurant is attentive to feedback and preferences. However, there are also times when it feels like you're at a completely different place. The food quality fluctuates from poor to fair based on what you order, and your comments or preferences often go ignored. The prices for Dim Sum are relatively high and don't reflect the quality of the food. One of my biggest annoyances is that the restaurant charges $0.50 for condiments like a tiny container of hot mustard. This feels outrageous, especially on a $120 order."
