"I have been a loyal customer of this place since it was just a bakery. A few days ago, I went in to order a large oxtail dinner, and unfortunately, the staff had an incredibly bad attitude, which was surprising to me. When I placed my order, the employee went to the back to prepare my plate, which I thought was normal. However, it only got worse. I requested gravy, but was informed that it was already on the rice. When I got home—just across the street—I found that the oxtail was tougher than diamond dust, the rice was as dry as a hot day in Jamaica, and the cabbage was raw like coleslaw. I tried calling several times, but no one answered. I ended up throwing away $22.00. This was a lesson learned: Obs lacks consistency, and I’d prefer to get my food from The Door instead."
