"Ordered Pizza at 5:30 didn't receive it until 7:00 when web order showed 45 minutes. When we did get it we got no apology from driver who I had given a $10.00 tip too online before our order arrived. Five minutes after drop off they knocked on our door asking if we received our wings or someone else's sub, went and checked and it was someone else's sub. They took the sub and said they would be right back with our wings. A half hour later after eating our cold, soggy pizza they still hadn't come back. Called store asked for a refund for the wings and tip, since we still didn't have the wings, they said the manager would have to call me back in a few minutes. Never received a call back, started putting kids to bed as it was after 8:00, when I had called previously I told them to cancel the wings, receive a knock on the door with my cold wings, two and a half hours after we were supposed to receive them. Called store and asked to speak to manager because I had canceled them and wanted a refund, plus the manager never called me back like they were supposed to. Manager was rude, and said they would refund me. Still haven't received refund. Will never order from Hungry Howie's again."
