"Customer service is awful here! I ordered pizza and monkey bread online. I went to pick it up, walked in the door, and only one person was out front helping someone else at the back, but there was no acknowledgment or anything remotely friendly. I looked around and noticed the signs for pickup, so I helped myself to my pizza but forgot my monkey bread. I called the store, and they told me to come back and get it. So, the next day, I went in to get my monkey bread. Once again, there was only one person working out front, and she was wrapping a pizza. She did look up but then started wrapping again. Not a welcome in , or, can I help you was offered. So, I explained why I was there, and without saying a word, she pointed her finger, not sure what she was pointing at, I turned around, sure enough there was a cooler behind me where they kept the monkey bread. Not one word was spoken from her, just a pointing finger. It was awkward! As I turned around, she said, Have a nice day. I just stared at her and left without saying a word. Hopefully, she felt some of what I experienced by her rudeness! I do pay for customer service; It 's built into the price and tip. I will NEVER return to this location! p.s. the pizza was not that great, I haven 't tried the monkey bread yet."
