"After we paid, she didn’t thank us or offer any reason for us to want to return. However, I must say that the cook who brought our food to the table was very friendly and pleasant. I think there should be a role reversal: the chef should be at the front, and the cashier should be in the back, so customers don’t have to deal with such a terrible experience.
I noticed a few customers coming to pick up call-in orders, and they thanked her, but she didn’t even acknowledge them or respond. What frustrates me even more is that the food was genuinely good, but I’m hesitant to come back because of that cashier. The only way I would consider returning is if I saw she wasn’t there. I would gladly take her job, as it’s clear she doesn’t enjoy it."
