"I've been ordering from this Little Caesars for five years, and to be honest, the management and staff have often raised some concerns. Unfortunately, the quality of the product has never quite matched that of other Little Caesars locations. In fact, this store has gotten my order wrong six times in a row. It wasn't anything catastrophic, but still, getting it wrong six times in succession is quite frustrating!
However, this past Saturday night was a different experience. The person at the counter seemed to really know what he was doing and genuinely cared about his job. He was not only efficient but also kind and helpful. My order, which was supposed to be ready at 6:14, was actually completed well ahead of schedule, unlike my previous experiences. Best of all, my order was correct this time and looked and tasted fantastic!
Dear Management, as a business owner myself, I recognize good employees when I see them. Please do everything you can to retain the staff that worked on the evening of Saturday, April 6th. Your business will thrive with them on board."
