"The restaurant did not seem that busy, but we had to literally flag down our server to order drinks, telling her we are ready to order our appetizers- hey, we are ready to place our food order now- hey, can we get more drinks is? It was ridiculous. Also I took a sip out of my water glass and there was a huge chip on the glass- I flagged her down one again and told her and without saying a word of apology or asking me “are you ok?”, she grabbed the water and said, I will get you another glass! Seriously? My lip was totally scratched and I was very upset. The lasagna was served completely different than 3 weeks ago when we were there. Same with the tiramisu. Complete different presentation and taste. It definitely was not the experience we were looking forward to! This was our 4th time dining there and had excellent experiences the other 3 times."
