"What a wonderful, quaint restaurant! I've been here a handful of times since moving to the area, and each visit has been stellar. Of the various dishes I've had, none have been less than excellent. Whether it's their calamari, arancini, salads, pasta dishes, etc., it's all tasty, fresh, and generously portioned. Not to mention the courteous, warm service! This is a the perfect spot for a pleasant meal with intimate company, and I personally consider it my favorite restaurant in the area. And a very special shout-out to their server Tony, who continues to provide excellent service with a smile each time I visit!"

"overall it’s just an average italian restaurant. i can’t give it more than 3 stars for 3 reasons: the price, the service and the smell. let me explain; the first thing you notice when you walk in is the odor. i’m not sure where it’s coming from or if the staff just don’t realize it but it smells like cat litter inside. like something died. i’m not even sure how to accurately describe it. secondly, the service could be better. i can’t tell who the owner or manager is because everyone is dressed the same. they need to work on that. also no one wears name tags so it’s hard to build any rapport. the blonde haired guy makes me nervous. he doesn’t really possess people skills and he needs to work on that. lastly the price. i know i know “inflation” but come on…$17 for a small pie? any other pizzeria is $15 for a large. i noticed a lot of people complain about wait times on other reviews but i haven’t noticed that. it’s always been quick service for me. i hope they resolve the smell and teach the staff to be a little more friendlier."

"I really enjoyed the Pera Salad—it had a distinctly Italian flavor and was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures, featuring plenty of pear. My photo only captures about half of the actual portion. Both the Pizza Tartufo and Pizza Salsiccia were excellent as well."

"I was with my boyfriend visiting. Though the lowest reviews were service related, I thought what the heck, the food looks great. Unfortunately, it’s a common occurrence for waiters to tip themselves. I understand that tipping is a huge part, and I promise If someone else won’t tip, I will tip. Even if my party does tip, I add a tip to their tip. There is no need for someone to tip their self. The owner not even addressing the tipping situation, and putting petty responses to the customers is crazy. One review that made me laugh was the review that ended his uncooked noodle review with the statement “the guy tipped himself,” to which the owner said “cheers”. I guess it’s just me and the waiter then. Also, I saw a roach doing the Griddy underneath the table."

"I suggest calling ahead before visiting, as they closed an hour early during my visit, claiming it was a slow day. Although there were customers still eating and being served, we had to wait for someone to inform us that they were closing early. It appears they don't adhere to their advertised hours. It was quite rude of them not to inform us immediately; several servers simply stared at us while we waited for the host, only to be told we wouldn’t be seated."
