"We had reservations for 2 at 6:30, but we didn't get a table until 7:30. Despite ordering right away, we had to wait another hour for our food. The food was good and the view from outside seating was unbeatable. However, the service and management issues were reminiscent of our experience when it was Bayside. Dirty dishes were left on tables for over 30 minutes inside the restaurant. Other guests with reservations also had to wait a long time for their table. If the restaurant doesn't want to take reservations, that's understandable. But if they do, they need to do a better job of planning to ensure tables are available at the reserved time. If we return, it will be during off-peak hours."
