"Drive thru mocha cookie frappuchino at this store. Something is unusual. Whip cream is at the bottom and top. I've been a starbucks customer and this is the first time I've seen it. It doesn't taste great by the way. Usually, when I order at different store, whip cream is only at the top, but this time is different. When you sip it, all you taste is whip cream instead of the mocha cookie. Check the image and you decide."

"I just moved down town in Wichita and its perfect there is a star bucks 1 block away. I got up Sunday 2/20 to take my dog for a walk. So I attempted to order my coffee online at the Starbucks only allows service animals. How ever it said they only take reloaded Starbucks gift cards to order ahead. "The drive-thru was really busy, so we decided to go inside. This morning, we ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich. The coffee came out fairly quickly, even though they were swamped, but it was served without whipped cream. However, we noticed that people who had ordered an hour and a half earlier were still waiting for their food. We asked for an update on our order 10 minutes after it was placed and were told it hadn’t even been started yet. The man handling the sandwiches was clearly trying his best, but the overall experience was disappointing."

"I went through the drive-thru for a hot drink and asked for the employee's favorite recommendation. I went ahead and ordered it, but unfortunately, I have to give a one-star rating for everything because of the person at the window. The drink he suggested, which he described as sweet, turned out to be extremely bitter. What really bothered me, though, was his creepy demeanor—he asked me how long I've lived in La Grande and where I reside. It felt really uncomfortable. No thanks."

"They were actually quite good. I found myself freezing in an April snowstorm we experienced for the first time in a century and decided that a hot cup of coffee and some Wi-Fi would lift my spirits. I ordered an Ethiopian blend, but was informed two minutes later that they were out of stock. Just my luck; I was being sent on a global detour I probably didn’t want. Perhaps to a place with the coronavirus or subpar coffee—who knows? I ended up having to settle for a Papua New Guinea blend, which had hints of head-hunter flavors. Reflecting on it, Captain Phillips probably wouldn't have minded veering away from Ethiopia either. The barista was great, the coffee was good (especially with a splash of cream), and the Wi-Fi was reliable. In the end, everything turned out just right with a warm cup in my hands and snow gently falling outside. Peace."

"Today was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The drive-thru line was quite long, so I chose to go inside to place my order. I noticed there were two diligent employees at the drive-thru, but no one was at the front counter. I stood there for about 5 or 6 minutes, assuming they might be short-staffed. Eventually, one of the drive-thru workers spotted us. She swiftly used her microphone to call for someone to come out from the back, letting them know there were customers waiting. And once again, I waited…"
