"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered garlic bread from their website and arrived 10 minutes after my specified pickup time, so my order should have been ready. However, when the person at the counter checked my name, he told me that my order wasn't ready yet. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes, I asked again, and he checked my order before informing me that they no longer sell garlic bread. If that's the case, why is it still listed on the Pizza Hut website? It makes no sense. He then asked if I would like a similar item, and when I inquired about the wait time, he said it would take 5 minutes. I agreed to wait, staying patient. After another 10-15 minutes, he finally handed me my order. Once I got home, I discovered that the item was uncut. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff seemed completely inattentive and spent their time gossiping while I waited for 30 minutes."

"Ambiance: a classic Italian American restaurant with a relaxing and chill vibe. The restaurant was not too busy on a Wednesday night. The inside of the restaurant looked clean and tidy. Service: service was top notch. Our waitress was really nice and friendly. She even helped us decide on what dessert to get after our meal. Amazing service. Food: so, I ordered their Fettuccine and Prawns (Prawns with Broccoli, Garlic, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Shallots, in White Wine Cream Sauce with Butter, over fresh Egg Fettuccini). I loved this dish. The highlight was definitely the fresh egg fettuccine noodles, which were chewy and bouncy. I also really enjoyed the white wine cream sauce with prominent garlic flavor. I appreciate it the amount of broccoli that they put in this dish, to really balance out the heaviness from the cream sauce and the carbs. The sun-dried tomatoes added tanginess and a different texture to each bite. Last but not least, the prawns were beautifully grilled and flavorful. I would get this dish again. Price was $21 as of September 2024. For dessert, we got the Lemon Italian Cream Cake. It was a Devonshire's Tangy Sweet Lemon Italian Cake topped off With Powder Sugar and decorated with whipped cream. I loved the lightness of this cake. The cake itself was not overly sweet, and I enjoyed the lemon flavored custard in the middle (not lemon curd). It was delicious. Price was $7.25 as of September 2024."

"We ordered 6 large pizza's for a bachelor's party: Hawaiian, Cecilton Supreme, Meat Lovers Vegetarian, BBQ chicken, Buffalo Chicken (white sauce . They were all fantastic! Everyone loved them. If you get the BBQ chicken, maybe ask for extra sauce on it because the sauce is really good and ours could have used some more, but it was still excellent and probably my favorite of the ones I had personally. We ordered within an hour of their closing time and picked up past closed, but they were still willing to accept the order and were really personable! Wish this place was in my town! Will definitely order here if I ever find myself nearby again and looking for a great pizza place : Thanks!"

"The pizza was not very good. We ordered a house salad, they gave us antipasto, which cost much more. The cheese steak lacked any flavor. The worker was confused, friendly but lost. Eating in, the food is decent. Ordering out, just not good. I hate leaving reviews like this, but it's the truth. We're originally from Central Jersey and we understand that Warren County doesn't have the greatest pizza, but this latest experience finally led me to be honest about Enzo's takeout. Overpriced and not very good. We'll stick with Dicola's for now and hopefully, instead of getting mad and denying the truth, this place gets better. We may try Enzo's again, hopefully it'll be better. PS. Their pizza fails the flop test every single time."

"Ok, so the young lady at the front counter was nice...at first. I can only rate the pizza (that day) the service and the price. Pizza was WAY too greasy. The sauce was too sweet (for me) a little burnt on the bottom yet still dougy. Did not get the order right even after she reiterated it back to me. After I informed her of the slight mistake she became rude claiming I was mistaken. The price was decent but higher than (almost) all nearby pizza places. I DO intend to try them again. Bad day maybe??"

"I called to place my order, and the girl on the phone simply said, "Franklin's." I asked if I could order a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, and she replied, "Yep, 20 minutes," then hung up without asking for my name or any details. I sent my dad to pick it up, and when he got home, he mentioned that all he could smell was gas inside the restaurant. The girl didn’t acknowledge him at all when he arrived. He paid with a credit card, but both she and another blonde girl seemed completely clueless about how to process the payment. They told him he was all set, yet they still had his credit card in their possession. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing, and it was clear they lacked the necessary knowledge for their jobs."

"With heavy heart I wouldn’t recommend Famous Subs and Pizza. About a year ago my wife, daughter and I went inside to dine. We had been there before and loved the food. While we waited for someone to seat us a waitress and cook got into a bad verbal fight. After some cuss words were thrown out in front of my little girl we promptly walked out. A year later we were in Southport so decided to give it another try. All the way from Wilmington we tried to place a take out order and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. As we came into Southport we decided to drive through and place our pizza order with the plan to come back in 30 minutes to pick up. After waiting 10 minutes and being ignored by the workers inside we finally drove off. This place has the best pizza I’ve ever had, but the people that work there sure do go out of their way to make it unbearable to eat there. Or for that matter, get takeout. Will not be going back."

"During our recent trip to Frostburg to meet up with some friends, we brought our toddler along, which means we rarely get the chance to dine out without the little one. As usual, our child was with us, and we decided to stop by LG's to catch the Ohio State game and enjoy some food. We ordered a few pizzas, and they were incredible! We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the food, so much so that we found ourselves returning multiple times over the weekend, as we're big food enthusiasts. The owner noticed that we were having a bit of a challenge with our toddler and kindly offered us access to a kids' play area. It was fantastic, and our 18-month-old absolutely loved it! Furthermore, the restaurant boasted a great selection of beers and exceptional customer service. Their generosity left such a positive impression on us that we often find ourselves discussing a return trip to Frostburg!"

"I recently tried a calzone at Create A Pizza and was pleasantly surprised by their fantastic vegan options. They offer a variety of vegan cheeses, including vegan mozzarella and ricotta, which really complemented the large calzone I ordered. The prices are fair and they are very accommodating to vegan customers. I had a delicious calzone with two types of vegan cheese, vegan meatballs, and various toppings for around $10. The crust and cheese were amazing, and the combination of sweet and savory flavors was unbeatable. I also tried their pizza on another visit and was once again impressed by their unique vegan options, including the delicious Numu cheese. "Thought I would try a new pizza place. It's hard to find really good pizza in western mass/ northern CT. Tried Bruno's in Agawam which I thought was decent when I tried it 20 years ago. Ordered a large with two items. It was difficult finding prices online, but I figured, how much could a large 2 item pizza cost. Shocked when I picked it up and it was $31. The highest price I saw online for Bruno's was 3 items for $24. I think restaurants should be required to post current prices online or be required to honor the prices posted. Posting low prices is a very deceptive practice. Quality was average, thought the cheese tasted funny. I guess I'll stick with Roma's in Southwick for now. I can get a party sized combo with many items for almost the same price, and it's delicious there."

"I've been experiencing consistent issues with my orders at this restaurant, which have been going on for months. Even though customers are willing to wait for an extended period—up to 90 minutes or even 2 hours—it's frustrating when the person taking the order, even for just 1 or 2 items, struggles to get it right. It often requires several repetitions, and each time, something is still wrong. Because of this, many customers are reluctant to order. Additionally, the hours indicate that they're open until 8:45 PM, but it's common for customers to call at 8 PM and hear a message saying the restaurant is closed. This situation is truly disappointing!"

"I decided to call and express our disappointment about the food, but they hung up on me. I remained polite throughout the call. When I asked to speak with a manager, the staff member responded, "What do you want? He's kind of busy." Eventually, I did get to speak with the manager, and when I mentioned my concerns about the kitchen staff, he interrupted me, claimed to be their best cook, and then hung up on me. The customer service was even worse than the food itself, and I would strongly advise against dining here. My family and I will not be returning, despite being loyal customers for 25 years."

"Okay, this place was really cool! I can't believe I never knew about this place! I thought it just opened. Boy, I was wrong! First of all, I would like to thank Paul for welcoming us when we first came in. Very polite and very professional. When we ate, I would go on to see how he greets every single person! "Stopped in for the lunch special: two slices and a drink. Was not told until after I ordered that they do not have fountain soda anymore, even though they still have signage stating that they serve fountain soda. The pizza was very good, though. I chose to eat there, and during my meal I had to listen to the manager/owner (not sure which) talk to his co-worker using terms like f**king s**t , f**king this , and f**king that during my whole meal. I 'll use the same language sometimes in private conversation, but no one should have to listen to that from any restaurant staff during their meal."
