"This is my favorite burger place to visit when I finish work early. The food is consistently great, and the staff members are fantastic. The buns are made fresh on-site and are incredibly light and fluffy. It never feels like you’re overwhelmed by too much bread, which allows the burger to really shine. The patties are packed with flavor, and the best topping to get is the onion straws. My personal favorites are the Mushroom Swiss Burger and the A1 Wonderful Burger. The French fries are similar to Five Guys' style—perfectly salted with just the right amount of crunch and chewiness. Don't forget to grab a shake on your way out!"

"I had two burgers from here. They weren't better than cafeteria. The sweet potato fries were good. I used to have Burger at Miami Zoo the day they were better and cheaper when that tells you something.. How does anyone screw up a hamburger I never know? I'm not a complainer. "The person working a register, pretty cool person. And the food was one thing. Smashburger meat too much as well as a smash burger should be and they need to add more meat if smash that much or do not cook so long,, lay back on the seasons or Spread it out more,, French fries very great.Can't beat fresh cut fries or chips. They need a meal deal stop making it look like you're overcharging people. For a meal. Because you can get a steak burger down the road for a little cheaper for the exact same thing. Just for a meal deal,,, for Mooyah $7 plus $6. $13. "I decided to visit T Burgers in Monrovia, as I had heard good things about their burgers. For my first visit, I opted for a BLT with avocado and onion rings for lunch. When my order was ready, I was surprised by the size of the sandwich, which seemed big enough to share. However, it was just for me, so I dug in. The onion rings were crispy and delicious, but the BLT was a bit overwhelming with all four ingredients in each bite. The freshness of the ingredients was appreciated, but sometimes less is more. I struggled to finish the sandwich and ended up just eating the bacon. For my second visit, I tried their avocado Bacon Cheeseburger, which was also huge in size. The burger was filled with fresh ingredients, but the avocado was slightly browned and the meat was dry. While the BLT was more enjoyable for me, T Burgers definitely doesn't skimp on ingredients. If you prefer bigger portions, this place is worth a try, but I found it a bit too much."

"The food was just average, and the staff seemed somewhat indifferent. The dishes varied from enjoyable to uninspired, which mirrored the lackluster mood of the employees, who seemed to be simply going through the motions. I can't fault them, as I don't know what they're dealing with, but I couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness for all four of them. Overall, the atmosphere felt rather lacking and disappointing. However, I still give it three stars for the restaurant's cleanliness and the promptness of our service—they did meet their obligations."

"They think the promised time for doordash orders is how long they have to make the food when this is actually the time it's promised to be delivered by. I give +2 stars for friendly service and -1 to make sure management notices the review and hoping they get trained. Drivers don't get paid anything to wait. Also, the drinks should be filled and sealed by the employees of the restaurant for a reason, but they're asking the delivery drivers to do it for them. The sealed is to ensure the sanitary conditions of the food and prevent anyone from tampering the food/drink along the route of the driver."

"We ordered online for pickup and ate in the lobby. Our food was kept warm in a bag under heaters, making it easy to collect our order at the hand-off station. I ordered a beef burger without a bun and added an extra turkey patty, but I didn’t receive it—I'm not sure if it was an issue with my online order or something else. Fortunately, I wasn’t charged for it. My husband ordered a double burger with a gluten-free bun (I think it was Udi’s, but I’m not entirely sure), and his order was just as we had customized it. The food tasted great; the meat was juicy, not overcooked or too salty, and it wasn’t low-quality. However, I was a bit disappointed that half of my french fries were made up of small end pieces, which were crunchier, but the regular-sized fries were just fine. Overall, the food was reasonably priced for what we received, and the service was good. The lobby was clean and spacious. This is just a small detail, but I wish they had plastic forks and knives available. If half stars were an option, I would rate our visit a 3.5, mainly due to the issues with my order."

"I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant, and it was clear that the kitchen staff does not follow instructions properly. I had to place my order twice, and unfortunately, they got it wrong each time. On the second attempt, instead of fixing the mistakes, they simply suggested removing the unwanted ingredients from the bun, which felt quite unprofessional. I spoke with the owner, Natalie, but she refused to address the issue and walked away from me. This level of service is unacceptable and is damaging to the reputation of the business!"
