"After placing our orders, we got the fresh guacamole, which we enjoyed very much. However, after finishing our entire basket of chips and guacamole, the staff informed us that they were out of the dish we had ordered and asked us to choose something else. They provided menus for us to select a different entrée, but about ten minutes later, they clarified that they actually had enough of our original order after all.
Finally, our meals arrived 20 minutes late. We were excited to dig in, but the first bite was cold, and the next was only at room temperature. After trying to get the attention of the waitstaff, we eventually let them know that our food was cold and requested boxes to take our meals home.
Even when it came time to settle the bill, we felt like we were waiting forever; we almost thought it might be complimentary since we had been there for over 2 hours. This experience left us feeling underwhelmed, especially given the occasion. We would like to give it another try in the future, hopefully when it’s not so busy and better staffed."
