"I came in here actually not really wanting to, as a co-worker had told me she'd eaten here 2-3 times and each time it was just meh. But I'm always in search of decent Mexican. In the end, this was decent Mexican. Not great, but better than I expected. I had the carnitas, which were served as small medallions of pork, with refried beans (no rice, can't stand it), guacamole, pico and lettuce, all on fresh, hot flour tortillas (you can ask for corn tortillas instead). I thought they were pretty good. Again, not the best I've ever had, but better than I expected. The beans, guac and salad were ok. The tortilla chips and salsa were quite good, but the salsa was served in small bowls and I had to ask for refills twice. Washed it all down with unsweetened iced tea. The service was good, and the prices are a reasonable despite the signs posted around the restaurant stating that the prices have been jacked up because of inflation and the cost of doing business. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area."
