Meat was plentiful, piping hot, cooked to perfection with the perfect flavor and texture; accompanying risotto chock full of veggies and cheese — extremely tasty. Another night I got chicken paillard; tender, hot off the grill chicken topped with perfectly dressed microgreens, apples, walnuts, celery, and the most satisfying blue cheese.
