"The service was good and our waitress was always checking on us. We sat outside and had a nice table overlooking the water. One negative about this was the shades do not go all the way down, so if it is hot and sunny it gets pretty warm if you are in direct sunlight. The cocktails are good. The food came out luke warm. We ordered the grouper and red fish which are the signature dishes on the menu. We should have sent it back, but the restaurant was crowded and we were taking a boat ride after dinner. The presentation of food was ok, but the overall flavor and temperature of the entrees were very disappointing."

"It's easy to dismiss Casey's as yet another of many Greek-inspired venues in the Western suburbs. That, however, would be a mistake. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by one of the two owners, you feel a sense of "home". Normally I shy away from appetizers unless they're a specialty of the house; then I saw the saganaki! The three of us descended upon an order of one of the best plates of this delicacy I've had in a long time. It was flamed at table-side, as per custom; crispy around the edges with a mild creaminess. In a word; addictive : My wife, after many minutes perusing a virtual old testament of choices, picked a slightly breaded and lightly pan-fried chicken breast in a piccata sauce of white wine, lemon and capers, served with rice. Our companion ordered a London Broil served with a bordelaise sauce over noodles. I too had a taste for beef and unhesitatingly ordered a queen cut prime rib which, in a Greek establishment, you'll never go wrong choosing . It was tender, perfectly done to order, and with a side of braised seasoned potatoes, satisfied my cravings. Casey's is a throwback to the days when old-world hospitality and excellently crafted food was the norm. And places like this are fast disappearing."

"The food drinks were great as always, but we had to ask four times for bread before getting a bread basket. We even asked two people, including our server. Then, the bread basket we got was nowhere near as full as usual, and the bread was so over baked that we couldn’t eat it. We told our server, and he said he’d get us a fresh bread basket, but we never got one. Service is usually better than this at Bar Frites, but our experience that night was very frustrating."

"Enjoyed our visit Friday night. The steaks were cooked perfectly especially given our two temperature requests. The sides were really good we had the fries and asparagus. Our server Michael N was attentive funny and well trained. He cared about the quality of service he was providing. Great table up front high top. Lots of activity around. Really fun. Overall we can’t wait to come back!"

"I have not been here for a long time, and so when I had to bring my sister to the airport, we decided to meet a friend for lunch here. It is like walking into an Italian restaurant in the 70's. Needs to be remodeled, but it's a local favorite. There are always people eating at the bar and the age group is 70+. Most have been coming here for years! The server I forgot her name was awesome. I ordered the Baked Scrod with seafood stuffing topped with lobster bisque and 2 Jr. Baked stuffed shrimp. Lunch portion $15.99. It comes with a choice of 2 sides potato and vegetable , a cup of soup, fresh Italian bread warm with butter. SO MUCH FOOD! I had a cup of the chicken escarole soup very good , baked potato with sour cream just ok , apple butternut squash delicious! . The Italian bread was fresh and warm really nice. The baked stuffed shrimp were a little over cooked but still good. I wish they had come with some melted butter as they were really dry. I did not like the fish with the scallop and shrimp stuffing with lobster bisque on top at all. The stuffing was wrapped in the fish filet, and while the out side was hot, the inside was barely warm. Scrod is a light flavored fish, but it seemed fishy to me. The lobster bisque on the top was good, but again, as a dish together, I did not like it. My sister had just the baked scrod with lobster bisque $12.99 and she enjoyed hers.. She had gotten a cup of white clam chowder, with rice pilaf and apple butternut squash as well. Our friend got the Baked Scrod $14.99 with a cup of escarole soup, French fries and apple butternut squash. As a local, she loves the chicken escarole soup and apple butternut squash and has been coming for years and years. Lots of food for very good prices. Of course I wil be back, but I won't be ordering that again."

"Hyde Park Steakhouse continues to exceed expectations! Our recent visit was a culinary delight from start to finish. We made a reservation for 2 for 5 PM and were seated within minutes of arriving. The lobster bisque was rich and simply unforgettable. The 26 oz. 36 day dry aged steak cooked to a perfect medium rare was absolutely divine, complemented perfectly by sautéed asparagus and whipped garlic potatoes. The Bees Knee and Strawberry Margarita cocktails were crafted to perfection, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. The atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for proper and elegant, setting the stage for a memorable evening. Our server, Chris, provided impeccable service, ensuring every detail was attended to with care. This was our second visit to Hyde Park Steakhouse, and it has quickly become our favorite steakhouse in Cleveland. Our 2 cocktails, steak, and sides came out to $170 before tip. In our opinion, it surpasses even the renowned Marble Room by a long shot."

"So we came here because some of my kids ran and shaved about it. I give only 4 stars, based on the fact that there is a casual street house and bar is not a beautiful dress for dinner restaurant. That's not a criticism at all, just a statement. We were very busy, so they sat at a little table in the bar. Our server Daniel was very nice and hard working. They brought their homemade roles that are amazing. I usually don't like honey butter, but her is really good. We also ordered the Tennessee Wraps, which are cream cheese and Jalapeño egg rolls with a sweet chilli sauce. Omg amazing. At this point we regret to order something else than we were full. My wife ordered the Petite Filet, I ordered a pulled pork sandwich. She said the fillet was a perfect medium, rare with a great sailor. The garlic potatoes were addicted. Also the pulled pork sandwich was great. I just wanted to eat half, but... anyway, big gem in Salem for a casual night out. Excellent food great service. I love it!"

"This may be the best restaurant between Little Rock and Monroe or Shreveport, and it could compete with any house in those cities. We just enjoyed great service and several small plates dessert, so can vouch for the house and caeser salads, flatbread (loaded risotto packet goat cheese dip/crostini, and the smoked quail. Also NY style cheesecake. Huge wine list. Historic building. Attentive service."

"I've gone to Livia on a couple of occasions, and the food has been phenomenal. The eggplant parm is a favorite and the lobster bisque.... well, there may be a half a stick of butter in that little serving, but my oh my- I'd go back there just for that. The atmosphere is good, the service is OK. They get a little overwhelmed on busy nights, but the food comes out hot and on time. Bottom line is I will absolutely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Our family dinner at Ray 's was unfortunately marked by unprofessional service that overshadowed the restaurant 's charming atmosphere and decent food. Although I prefer not to leave unsatisfactory reviews, I do feel compelled to share some honest feedback, as this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we 've had. My husband had been wanting to try this place out for ages so I was able to get his family together for a dinner. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the attitude and professionalism of our assigned server. Our server disappeared for lengthy stretches, leaving us waiting 45 minutes for him to take our order any time we did see him he complained that they had him running around. Understandable, no problem. Despite clearly expressing all food restrictions, my husband 's order turned out to have the exact item that was mentioned as a dietary restriction. We decided it would be better to resolve it on our own, rather than delay and risk anything else further. Not sure if there was training issue, but the wrong dishes arrived, appropriate cutlery was missing for key dishes, and in a move that truly topped it off, our server grabbed my cup by the rim where I 'd been drinking to refill it. Gross. While these errors could have been easily rectified and forgiven due to it being a busy night, what truly marred our experience was the demeanor of our waiter. Throughout the evening, we encountered dismissive attitudes and even witnessed eye rolls (seriously? , leaving us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as customers. Observing attentive servers at nearby tables made our neglect even more noticeable. To be honest, had it not been for the pleasant service from other staff members, I would be reluctant to offer a 20% tip to my server. It felt like we had to actively seek his attention and ask for everything (which eventually had to be directed to others rather than receiving proactive service at a restaurant of such caliber. Setting aside this issue, the layout and ambience of the restaurant was quite nice. The dishes were well portioned but I 'm not sure if anyone was able to actually enjoy their meal due to subpar service. As much as I am willing to give it another try in the hope that the next server will exhibit a higher level of professionalism and attentiveness, I am doubtful that my family will."

"We were incredibly disappointed. When we arrived at 5:20p.m. for our 5:30p.m. dinner reservation, we discovered they were closed for an unspecified time due to a power outage. They had a very small hand-written sign on their back door, that we just happened to spot. We were surprised that no one had called, texted, or emailed to let us know about the closure. The power outage was not due to recent storms in the area, but rather a truck hit the power line that goes from the building out to the street. We have dined at Food Glorious Food many times over the years and have always had an excellent experience. We were not the only people with reservations who encountered a closed restaurant with no notice to the customers. We are hoping this was an anomoly and poor management decision to not notify the customers."

"Overall, my last two visits to Rod's have been a bit disappointing. I've been going there for well over 10 years, for events, dinner and lunch. The last few times, it's as if Rod's is cutting back on their quality. A case in point their kale salad has always been one of my favorites lots of apples, goat cheese, nuts, and granola, as well as kale. On Saturday evening, it was loads of kale and not a lot else a little goat cheese, a few pine nuts, no granola, very few apple bits. Even very little dressing my companion had to ask for additional dressing, which was generously given, but it shouldn't have been necessary. My swordfish came without the half lemon garnish that would have been unthinkable a few years ago. Not huge things, but just not the Rod's I'm used to. Don't get me wrong, the food is still good just not up to the level it was. It's a shame."

"This is definitely one of the best places for a meal in the local area. When you walk in, you are greeted by the host and if waiting for others, there is seating available. Once inside, the warm wood tones help you relax and sit back while your server ensures that you have everything you like to drink and provides a fantastic onion roll to hold back that starving feeling you may have. I ordered a petite filet mignon with a side of macaroni and cheese. When I order a medium rare steak, I expect it to come out medium most of the time. But this medium rare was medium rare! Topped with a Parmesan crust, it is one of the best steaks I have had in quite some time. The Mac and cheese was also cooked perfectly and provided the perfect balance to my steak. Others at my table got the lump crab cake sandwich which had rave reviews, and the club sandwich which was also reported to be good. For dessert, I have the triple chocolate cake. The cake was also... perfect. The icing was just thick enough and the cake tasted like it was made that morning. Yes, this can be a pricey meal, but it is perfect for special occasions."

"If you want a really good steak then don't go to downtown Frederick. Go to the Red Horse Steak House at the entrance to the Golden Mile. I've never had a fillet at any other restaurant in Frederick that is anywhere near the quality for tenderness and taste that I've only had at the Red Horse. While others beef is acceptable. Beef at the Red Horse is spectacular! You can also count on tasty sides like the oven-roasted Brussel sprouts, green beans, et al The service is friendly, swift, and excellent. The Red Horse is very clean and sanitized. All staff were wearing masks and sufficiently spaced apart. We felt very safe throughout our dining experience The owner, Kenny Bromfield, always presents himself at your table to ensure that everything is to your liking. Kenny is usually on the premises taking care of his customers and ensuring the quality of your meal The Red Horse stocks a selection of fine wine and a full-service bar. I particularly enjoyed the Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley Oregon Vintage with my beautiful fillet mignon. Treat yourself and enjoy dinner at the Red Horse Steak House."

"This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Undoubtedly, it serves the best sushi I've ever tasted. My husband and I found it by chance, and we feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful experience. To make it even better, the owner, Benny, was incredibly welcoming and treated us like we were regulars. We truly felt like royalty—what an unforgettable experience!"

"Came in for dinner on Wednesday evening. We shared the fig and brie crostini as our starter. For our mains, two of us had the salmon and the other two had the orecchiette pasta. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The pasta is a very impressive portion and very filling and well seasoned. We shared the crème brûlée for dessert. I do wish that the brûléed top had more of a proper sugar crust but the custard was delicious."

"We made a reservation for 4 people/ When we arrived, the hostess seemed surprised that our reservation was for 4 people, yet I confirmed the reservation with OPen table a few times. After we were seated, we sat for 10-15 minutes with no one approaching our table to take our drink order. We later discovered that our waiter was not informed that he was to tend to our table. I was not very pleased with the experience. After all, why make a reservation, confirm the reservation, only to have miscommunication occur at the restaurant, which caused us to sit idly for several minutes with no waitstaff to approach our table."
