"The customer service was absolutely terrible. When I requested to speak with a manager, a rather arrogant young man claimed to be a team manager or something similar. Every time I tried to express my concerns, he interrupted me. Out of frustration, I finally said I would take my business elsewhere, to which he coolly responded, "Okay, go somewhere else; that’s fine with us." The drive-thru staff also exhibited a lack of courtesy. Listen, Raising Cane's, I know Chick-Fil-A is on the other side of town, but there's a reason people are willing to wait in line and pay a little more for better service. Perhaps you should consider having their HR and PR teams come to your locations and show you how it’s done."
