"Unfortunately, what really soured our experience was our server, Tony. When he greeted us, he seemed barely awake, likely due to being under the influence. My boyfriend ordered a peach lemonade, and I ordered a strawberry lemonade. Tony first brought us two peach lemonades and then had to return to the kitchen for the correct drink, which took three attempts.
After that, he didn’t check on us at all for drink refills. I had asked for chicken and shrimp with my pasta, but it only came with chicken. When he took it back to fix the order, it took an additional 30 minutes for my pasta to come out. Tony also didn’t write down our order; he just repeated it verbally and walked away. I shouldn’t have trusted him.
To make matters worse, he went to the table next to us, took their order, and never returned. Both my boyfriend and I, along with the neighboring table, ended up stopping other servers and even the manager for assistance. We had planned to order another pizza, but after the service we received, we just wanted to leave.
Overall, we will choose a different location next time, as this was not the experience we hoped for on our first visit. It’s such a shame."
