"This place was a mixed bag. The ambiance was inviting. Reminded us of an old time inn. Waitstaff was hardworking and pleasant. Food quality was good. We ordered a large number of apps. and entrees. And, of course wine, mixed drinks and coffee with dessert. The place was packed. Usually a good sign. We ordered two types of calamari to share. Also, for entrees …the steak, pork chop, cannelloni, flounder, seafood with pasta, various salads, some pasta dishes etc. we got a good sampling of what the menu offered. The service was painfully slow 90 minutes to get our entrees. Several dishes weren’t prepared properly. I won’t go into excruciating detail. Nearly every dish had a preparation flaw. I think there was a problem in the kitchen. Just over 3 hours for dinner was a bit much."
