"What an awesome place. Got there super early on a Sunday for breakfast and had no problem parking right across the street. Beautiful retro diner. Seating is mainly booths with some counter and a few tables. So it is size friendly if you can get a table. The staff was friendly and attentive. Service was quick! The food came out fast and hot. Smoked brisket hash was good, not too smoky. I ordered well done home fries and they were actually crispy and well done. (Not every place listens like that... The biscuits and gravy were some of the best I've had in recent memory. Do not miss those. All in all, a great find. Will be going back because there are so many things we want to try. My advice is get there early as the place fills up fast..."

"I used to order food from this restaurant for years, but something has changed. The quality has significantly decreased. I asked for a replacement salad after being a loyal customer for years, and got into an argument with the woman because she refused. I have probably spent around $5,000 at this location on food for both myself and my friends and family. There may have been a change in management or ownership, but the restaurant is not the same as it used to be, especially in the last few months."

"First impressions, we were greeted with a warm welcome the moment we walked in the door. The menu has so many options there is something for everyone. One great cup of coffee to start. Service with a smile from the owner to the wait staff. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming everyone is friends here and seems like there are no strangers here. Now let’s talk food. We chose from the breakfast menu and let me tell you right now WOW. We ate like kings and queens at little cost. We definitely did not walk away hungry. I am a grits fan and they came out perfect, not to wet and not to dry just right. So from the Wilson family we say thank you Seaport Diner for such a wonderful experience. "Great lunch deal! I had the Hawaiian BBQ chicken, which came with a generous portion of rice, a side of macaroni, and two perfectly grilled deboned chicken legs glazed with a typical sweet sauce. The macaroni was a bit sweeter than I expected, and while I prefer the version from L&L, it paired nicely with the chicken. My partner ordered Mongolian beef, and we both enjoyed our meals for just $17. The staff was friendly, bringing our food to the table and cleaning up after us. There was a TV, and they were showing the World Cup while we were dining. I definitely plan to return to try the chicken katsu and some breakfast options. We didn't get a chance to try the donuts."

"It's a shame this spot has some mediocre or bad reviews because the staff were extremely friendly and likable. Stopped by late night around 11pm and they were still extremely courteous. Ordered an 8 piece with 2 rolls and 2 sides. Got Mac and cheese and mashed potato's. The mashed potatoes weren't something you'd whip up with your own Yukon golds and butter they were still good AND still warm when I got home 20 minutes later. Always a plus to have warm food after a takeout. The Mac and cheese was good and just as good as any other takeout spot. I enjoyed it. So service excellent, sides ok. Now what about that chicken? Sit down and stfu because this was hands down the best friend chicken I've had besides crown fried chicken shacks in Atlantic City late night at 2am when it's questionable who you're sitting next to and New Orleans or Georgia. I'm not sh!tting you, this chicken was legit! I don't want chciken that's dry. I don't want chicken with too much breading. I don't want bland chicken. I got exactly what I wanted!!! Chicken that was flavorful! Check. Chicken that was crunchy with a flaky not over breaded mess. Check (you know the chicken you get from kfc where it's 75% breading and 25% bone? This ain't that!! Chicken that's juicy and fresh? Check!! Now I got there at 11pm and I didn't have a fresh batch of chicken. I ordered an 8 piece and unfortunately there was nothing on hand besides wings. I could've waited about 20 minutes for a fresh batch but I didn't want to. They were kind enough to throw in a couple extra wings to make my 8 piece a 12 piece and I was more than willing to accept. So I essentially had chicken that was chilling and still f'ing enjoyed it enough to write this post. Eat more chicken people. And buy it from here. (Just not late at night on weeknights when I might stop by lol)"

"sit on their parking space, as I write this on 9:39 clock on a Friday night. after the look at their website where it clearly says kitchen closes at 10:00 restaurant closes at 11:00. Woman comes from the kitchen and says we close in 5 minutes. I said that's not what her website says, she said, no, it says we close at 9:45. anyone who wants to go to his website can clearly realize that it does not say that. I guess it's a hired person who wants to decide for the last and a half hours. I can see it when the restaurant closed at 10:00, but it does not close until 11:00, so there is really no excuse for it. moved into the opposite was our first time, it will be our last."
