"They have three locations: Hickory, Newton, and Denver. I recently visited the Newton and Hickory stores. It seems that the Newton location is training a new pizza maker. The salads are still fantastic, but the pizza hasn’t been as great as I remember. The crust is thinner, making it harder to grab, and it has less cheese, resembling more of a flatbread. The manager believes this is just how they’ve always made it, but I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I can tell something has changed. When I visited the Hickory location, I found the pizza to be better there. However, the service in Newton was better."

"Very friendly staff, inexpensive and high quality food. I ate the buffet pizza and was impressed by the quality. Not your standard tea buffet pizza and the salad bar was clean and fresh. Could use a little more choice of salad bar, but certainly more than chain restaurants. I saw several other customers order from the menu and saw their food and smells delicious. Adequate variety in the menu too. I'll come back and bring my wife and family. Head up, the Buffalo chicken pizza is hot. I mean really hot. Great if you like it so, but surprisingly if you don't expect it."

"My family and I visited JJs as part of our self-imposed challenge to sample various pizzerias in the Western New York area. We ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza and we all agreed that it was fantastic! The crust was thick, yet the pizza remained crisp and not soggy. We will definitely plan on returning for more delicious pizza at JJs! ????"

"Went here with my mom earlier in the week. We had gyros and fries and they were good. My mom wanted something sweet so she asked the waitress if she could get a small hot fudge sundae. The waitress said they didn't have one that was small but said it was they best sundae ever. My mom agreed to it but when it arrived, although overly large was terrible ice cream and just chocolate syrup. They charged us $10 my mom said. We were very disappointed. I will be questioning them about it next time I visit, as it looks like there is a Hot Fudge sundae on the menu for $5. I'm not happy about this."

"I've only visited this restaurant twice for takeout, but I'm looking forward to dining in soon. The food is exceptional, and the customer service is outstanding! Both times, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Nick is especially great! I had their seafood linguine, which is the best I've ever tasted, and the portion was very generous. The moussaka was also fantastic—I had it in Greece, and this version completely lived up to my expectations! Each entrée comes with a fresh, crisp salad. The calamari is fresh and delicious, and the steak and cheese sandwich was tasty with perfectly crispy fries. As for desserts, the cheesecake and baklava are delightful! I can’t wait to try the tiramisu on my next visit. Dalia's is definitely a place I'll want to return to again and again!"

"I'd been going to this place for years. It was the go to place for breakfast, good food, reliable breakfast, coffee good. Prices reasonable. Until Fred retired and sold it. I kept going, but yesterday was the final straw. It's a fast food place or was. I ordered my usual sausage egg and cheese biscuit and turned to fill my college cup, but the huge urn was empty and I had to tell them. Then they expected me to wait until they brewed a new urn of coffee. There are options and now I'm exploring them."

"I have gotten lunch here numerous times, and it has always been delicious and for a good price. My main go-to is the Italian sub (pictured), so good!. The owner, Bridge , is dedicated to providing great service. He recognized me my 2nd time in the store and started calling me by name.Even after only a few visits and several weeks later I called to order a sub, and he not only remembered what sub I liked but what toppings and condiments I put on the last time I was there.Breakfast sandwiches there are OUTSTANDING and made fresh. I also had them cater an employee lunch for my entire office (Roughly 25 people) this past year. Did a variety of subs and they did a fantastic job.I would strongly urge anyone in or around East Syracuse to give this place a try, definitely a hidden gem."

"I have been a faithful customer of Shark's Fish Chicken via Door Dash for about 3 years. The Fried Catfish that I order from Shark's has always been piping hot, lightly breaded, fresh, juicy, and delicious. Then last Wednesday, I tried a sit-down meal at Shark's District Heights location; and I ordered Fried Catfish. My experience was terrible there! The catfish slices were thin, overly breaded, and way overcooked to the point that the breading was hard and the catfish was dry! Perhaps my Door Dash orders from Shark's that I have enjoyed have been prepared at another Shark's location? Because the catfish I got at the District Heights Shark's was not anything like the wonderful one that I've always gotten thru Door Dash."

"Ordered delivery through Caviar, and I gotta say this is the best NY pizza I've had since moving to Georgia 7 years ago, and I've tried a lot of different places. Went for Alessio's mainly for their Italian entrees but also got a 12 cheese pizza for our son, he ate the entire thing, enough said. I got a single slice of NY pepperoni just to try it, and it was legit. Large slice, floppy chewy crust but a bit of crunch on the bottom, slightly sweet and salty sauce, just the right amount of cheese and yeah had to do the finger fold in the middle to pick it up. Whole slice covered in like 20 pepperoni. That's what I want when buying by the slice when it comes to NY style pizza. Yeah, we'll be coming back. Next time I think in person just to get it hot out of the oven. Really, really good."

"Ordered General's Chicken and beef and broccoli combo. The fried rice was dried out and hard (i.e. very old), the chicken tasted old too, also hard (not Crunchy as you'd expect from being fried). The egg rolls that came with the combos were decent as were the crab Rangoon we got, but like most had virtually no crab meat. We also got large bone in ribs. They might have actually been good if they didn't taste like old seafood...??? Maybe don't put your pork on the same cutting board as your seafood? Overall, very gross. Would not go back."

"I’m giving this place two stars because the staff I interacted with were very friendly. However, the food at this location left a lot to be desired. My meal, along with a small side of fries, cost over $26. The salad came with only four pieces of cheese, for which I was charged an extra $2. The sandwich was also disappointing; the vegetables were raw instead of cooked, which is not what you expect from a Philly. They mistakenly gave me chicken instead of steak but corrected it. Unfortunately, the dish still lacked flavor, and the veggies remained uncooked. While I do appreciate the customer service, the overall quality of the food just wasn’t great."

"We enjoyed the pizza. We give it four stars tasty, flaky crust, appropriate portioning of cheese and pepperoni. Bonus points for not being greasy on top of or under the pizza. We ordered a side of marinara to dip our crust in and that was actually really good. Breadsticks only get one star because we asked for the bread pictured on their menu which was confirmed to be their breadsticks, but what we received was not what was pictured. It was like little Caesar’s crazy bread, but less tasty and did not match the description on the ordering website or the picture on paper menu. Overall, would eat again. You can dine in or take out. Looks like there was someone doing delivery too."

"During my vacation, I was craving pizza and decided to give this place a try. I noticed they offered a taco pizza, which piqued my interest, so I went for it. Overall, the pizza was quite flavorful and delicious. They blend hot sauce with marinara instead of the typical pizza sauce, adding a nice kick that I really enjoyed, although it wasn't to everyone's taste. I found the meat on the pizza a bit too chunky, which meant that some bites lacked meat. While the quantity of meat was fine, smaller pieces would have allowed for a better combination of flavors in each bite. I would definitely order from this restaurant again, but I’ll need to check if everyone is okay with spicy pizza, and I plan to skip the lettuce next time. The service was friendly and prompt, and the prices were reasonable."

"My husband and I stopped by traveling through town today for the first time. The Stromboli we ordered was fantastic! What impressed us most, however, was the way the staff handled themselves with a few disgruntled customers who weren't too kind. The staff's response was a perfect example of customer service as they remained calm and accommodating.
