The freshly sliced steak and pork chops are delicious, and the loco moco gravy is the best you'll ever taste! It features caramelized sweet onions and a rich, dark au jus gravy on a freshly made ground beef patty (not frozen). You can really taste the difference that comes from the legendary chef Charlie's expertise and attention to detail. My family enjoyed an incredible breakfast here, which was more satisfying than any of the overpriced Hawaiian breakfasts you typically wait in line for. I'm eager to see if Chef Charlie will bring his famous prime rib, fried chicken, and clam chowder to this spot! This has been my favorite breakfast in years, and I recommend you visit soon before the line starts forming around the corner.
